Steve showed up extremely early and sat in the parking lot in his van… several trips in and out for us as we were still setting up, never once did he try and introduce himself just kept staring out from under his hat…. Came in had remarks to make about the 3 steps up and 3 steps down to get to the area he needed, he had his things on a rolling cart… I had reached out at least 3 times to ask him if we needed to go over anything, or any needs he had but not one was a ramp mentioned…. My son in law attempted to assist him and Steve was rude and dismissive with him … although his show was good, his personality left a lot to be desired. I tipped generously because I knew we would never use him again

On time & professional. Booked for my daughter’s first birthday party. All the guest & kids loved the show. We booked the ‘Zany Magic Show’. Highly recommend him & will look next time aa needed.

Steve was very professional and a joy to work with. He showed up with plenty of time to set up and be prepared. He was accommodating to this being our first year with entertainment (This was the Pack's 30+ Blue and Gold). Steve did a great job reading the room and presenting magic and a show for the ages present. We enjoyed using his services.

We adored having Steve at our five-year-old's birthday party. He arrived early and prepared, set up amid a bit of party hullabaloo, and then wowed our guests with magic tricks and personality, followed by bunny sightings and balloons. We were extremely happy with choosing Steve for our kiddo's birthday entertainer, highly recommend!

The kids really enjoyed the show and the balloon animals afterward! Petting the bunny at the end was a big fan favorite too. The party included about 75 adults and 30 kids so it was a loud, chaotic room but Steve was able to hold the kids' attention and they loved it. Thank you, Steve, for your talents and patience!

Steve was great!! He was able to keep 16 kindergarteners engaged the entire time. He was prompt and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s party a success!!!

Steve was hired for our annual kids Halloween event. This year's event was planned for outdoors but with rainy and cold weather, we needed to move indoors. Due to that, some activities were removed because of space. Steve added a personalized touch to the strolling magic act during the event. Kids were amazed and had a fantastic time watching him perform his tricks all over the building.

Magician kept 19 kindergarteners engaged, laughing, and good audience members for the 45 minute show. Live dove, live bunny, a little fire, audience participation, and excellent goofy clownsmanship. Honored a special request for bubble magic within the show. Followed with speedy lineup of balloon animal twisting. Kids loved the balloon add-on as a party favor! Buy bigger favor bags for them. Great price. (Great turnout due to custom-designed invitation printouts “magic show admit one” from Etsy Lythium Art, stuffed inside an organza bag with a “magic invisible ink” light-up marker and notebook.) Do it!

Kids all had a great time everyone got to participate and all of the magic tricks where amazing both kids an adults had a great time

Steve showed up early and set everything up in advance and was even happy to help us setup our party, which was very nice of him.

His show was a big hit with all the kids wr had there, who were between the ages of 2-8, and the adults as well. The kids loved the animals and it was great that he had many of the kids up as helpers.

Would highly recommend for kids parties if you are looking for a magician.

We hired Steve for an 8-yr-olds bday party, the science package. The science was a bit advanced for 3rd graders, but the smokey bubbles were cool. His show is kid-appropriate, but he is not warm or friendly, he seems to not like children at all. His show reminded me of all the cool experiments from 8th grade science class, complete with the "I don't know if I hate my life or these kids more" attitude of my 8th grade science teacher. I was uncomfortable with how aggressive he was with the kids; my son did not want to get wet & didn't understand that he wouldn't get wet during an experiment & he didn't know this man, so he didn't trust him & I wanted Steve to choose another child for the experiment & he yelled at my son & me & quickly finished the experiment. I didn't want to make a scene & ruin my son's party, so I let him continue. He really had a terrible attitude from the time he arrived until he left. He seemed to want to be anywhere other than a kid's birthday party. I was relieved when the 45 minutes were over. Steve appeared annoyed with the adults talking in the back during the show which is baffling because he was hired to entertain the kids not the adults. I guess I thought there would be more of an effort to make it special for the birthday boy. Steve never asked his favorite color or toy or anything before or even during the show. I would bet he's much better for an older audience, my 80-year-old uncle enjoyed the show very much & one parent said Steve would make a good science teacher. I had read some of the reviews that said he's not great with kids, but he was within our budget, so I lead with my wallet instead of my gut. I would not book him again for youth entertainment.

Steve arrived shortly before the show was to begin. It was for 2 of my sons birthdays, however he only acknowledged 1. Steve had some good tricks and kept the kids entertained for most of the show (which I’m sure is a challenge) although a lot of the jokes were more adult humor so you usually heard silence following. Steve was a little short with the kids, almost seeming annoyed with them at times. But maybe that’s his personality. The animals surprised the kids throughout the show. I was disappointed because I had seen on Steve’s website that he can do a levitation act with the birthday boy, which I asked for in our texts back and forth, but never happened.

With no direction or guidance, Steve stepped in and beautifully entertained over 100 people at an outdoor party and by going table to table accented a wonderful corporate event.

Mr. Belliveau's was on schedule to perform a magic show for my nine year old son. The kids were entertained for an hour and had a blast. The adult guests had a lot of fun as well.

Steve's animal magic show kept the kids entertained for the length of the show. He interacted with each kid and did a variety of tricks. Steve arrived early to setup and let the kids put the animals after the show. I appreciated Steve's level of professionalism.

Amazing Magic show. The kids as well as the adults was very amaze.

We used Steve for a Cub Scout event. He was very flexible with our schedule limitations and the kids were engaged with the show and had a great time. We received several compliments from parents. Steve was also prompt with all communication leading up to the event.

Mr. Belliveau performed his magic for us at our Cub Scout Pack meeting. The scouts loved it! He held their attention and kept them laughing throughout the performance.

We have hired Steve a few times for magic shows and new this year Strolling Magic during our annual Halloween event. He did a great job with the magic tricks and keeping the kids entertained while waiting in line for games, inflatables and the balloon artist. Steve is also very easy to work with and was early for the event.

Steve did a last minute job for our wedding. He was great, everyone loved him! Thanks.

Steve has live animals and was able to keep children’s attention well. I would say, this show isn’t for kids younger than 10. Kids didn’t get many jokes. However, they seem to like the show. They had a chance to pet the bunny after the show.

Steve was awesome, he made everyone laugh and the kids happy. But I feel like he cut my time. For almost $200.00, I expected him to stay from 1:30-3:30, as stated on the booking agreement, but he ended the show about 2:15.

He was fine. Arrived on time and stayed till the appropriate time. To be honest, he was a little rude to the children. He was slightly snipey to the adults as well. Overall, would likely go with another magician next time.

Steve did a wonderful job entertaining a large group of rambunctious, young kids. A total win in my book! Would definitely recommend and use Steve again!

We did the animal package which was great for the kids. He held their attention the entire time (and we’re talking 2-6 year olds) for 30-45 min! His humor was perfect for them.

Steve did a great job of engaging the Scouts of Pack 44 in scientific principles at their Blue and Gold Banquet.

His gravity defying, hover craft, and nitrogen gas presentations were big hits.

He adjusted his fee to fit the small, three Scout size of our pack at his initiative.

I recommend Steve’s presentation to organizations of all ages and sizes!

Steve was great! He entertained a large group of kids ranging from 2-15 as well as a 100 adults. He had humor and tricks for all! I would highly recommend him!

Steve Belliveau was the ultimate professional. I hired Steve as a "strolling magician" for my party. He did a great job of interacting with different groups as he moved around the room. The small groups that he performed magic tricks for became bigger and bigger as people would follow him to the next performance. Everyone was amazed at the magic!! A great time had by all. Steve was prompt,courteous,very personable,and a great magician!! I would hire him again for sure.

I would not hire again. He was aggressive! He literally threw a duck at one of my guests, put his hands on a guest and shook her and got in the children's faces. I did not speak my mind to him because I did not want to make a scene and make my guests feel uncomfortable. However, a few did say they didn't agree with what he did.
His jokes were not funny and he sounded rude. He got a few laughs from the children and really, it was the bunny that saved the show.

Steve showed up early to set up and was prepared to entertain and he did just that, kids loved it and parents enjoyed all the fun.

He had 2 ducks, a pigeon & a rabbit, too!
He asked 4 kids and my twin for volunteer.
He made kids and adult laugh!!
When he was cleaning up, he was kind enough to let kids patting his rabbit.
We all had a great time and 45 min went so fast! Highly recommend!!

Steve is a true science guy! If your kid loves science and has done a ton of experiments, this is the guy to call. He wowed us with so many fun and cool things and anyone who wanted to volunteer could help out. I was amazed just at the equipment he brought.

Invited Steve for twin girls BIG 5 Birthday party. Very punctual, liked that he arrived ahead of time, so we could gather the kids in one place and build anticipation.
Was very entertaining and fun. Really liked that he engaged kids into his tricks.

I felt the presentation was harsh. Steve was very loud and angry sounding. Almost kinda rude. The animals saved the day though and the magic was good. Delivery of presentation needs work. Kids still had a great time.

I hired Steve to perform at our daughter's school in front of 2-5 year olds...the kids loved his sense of humor, magic tricks, and of course his trio of animals. He was a pleasure to work with and showed up on time as scheduled.

Steve performed at a party where I was with my children, ages 7 & 9. He quickly engaged the audience, which included around 20 children, and held their interest and excitement throughout his performance. I was very impressed with his ability to connect to the audience and keep them laughing and having fun. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone.

Steve is an original. Pretty much taking everything you'd assume about magicians and doing something new and different. New props, original ideas, just fresh all around. Most importantly he knows the magic is not in the props but rather the connection with the audience. He's a friendly likable performer and at the end of the show you feel like you've made a new friend... and you have.

Steve was awesome. I would highly recommend him. We had 22 (5 year old girls) to our house for a birthday party and Steve captivated them with magic, animals and humor. He was also very good at keeping control of the group with his perfromance. I was very impressed given the typical chaos that 22 kids can create. I look forward to our next magic party.
