Soulful singer of pop and rock covers and originals, from the sixties to today. A voice many compare to Chris Cornell and Kurt Cobain. With a flair for picking the songs you love the most from the past 60 years. Originally from the Dallas, TX area, now calls St Petersburg, FL home, playing bars, restaurants, and parties all over the Tampa Bay area.
Steve was diligent in keeping in touch with me even before booking. Was accessible by email and very flexible and gracious when we had to adjust the event time. I had some specific focus of music and songs in mind and he really showed up strong for the Birthday girl. He sang at our table in the restaurant we were dining at and it was the most fun thing we had done in ages! Steve is quite versatile and sensitive to the arena and event type. He has a great voice and is an accomplished guitarist... He really serenaded my friend for her birthday.. She will be talking about it for years to come!
Thank you Steve!
Looking forward to the next time!
Steve arrived early to set up. He had printed out his extensive song lists so guests could request songs. He played longer as guests were enjoying his music and the birthday party was not yet winding down. He is a very nice person and we enjoyed his music.
Just popped in Shrimpy’s on St Pete beach! What a pleasure to hear him play things I haven’t heard in years!!! My kids are 24 and I am 56 and we all connected to the music! Unique and wonderful voice and great musicianship!!!
I booked Isaac at the last minute for my event. He was very professional and has a great voice. He interacted with the crowd and gave them options on what they wanted to hear. Every one liked him.

I simply play guitar and sing. No 'effects' pedals and only simple acoustic modifications that come in the amplification and don't change throughout the performance. I could just as easily play completely un-amplified if needed. I don't talk to the audience much if they are not attentive, I will simply play what I think they might choose from my song list. I can play an hour of originals, or probably 3 hours each of Classic Rock and Alternative Rock. I know at least an hour of more current music, both Pop and Rock, with only a handful of country songs that I really like. I enjoy playing covers of songs which are very different (but intended to be better, considering I'm doing them with only guitar and vocal) than the original. Altogether I probably have 9 hours of music memorized to choose from.
Originally from Dallas, Tx. I now reside in St Petersburg, FL. I am a late bloomer as a musician having only really played in public for the first time at the age of 51... I am 59 now. Simply on the basis of my appearances at local open mic shows, I stay pretty busy singing in local bars and restaurants. I am currently (Jan, 2018) working on my first CD recording some of my 15 original songs and the cover Addicted in my video list. I am still waiting for the opportunity to sing in front of a large crowd (like a festival, for instance) and I hope to see it soon. I most enjoy singing the songs that move people emotionally rather than what everyone else is playing, and have really touched many with an intuitive grasp of their favorite music. I play from memory and currently have about 160 songs on my list, which changes all the time. I learn new stuff and drop things that I rarely play, as often as I can. That keeps the music fresh and engaging for me, which translates to the audience.
With an electrical output, I can set up my lights and sound in a small area, as needed.
