My wife and I run a business, real estate and intellectual property law firm. We met at a software company (.com) fell in love and have not stopped working and playing since. We grow our law office through hard work, social media marketing and networking. They don't teach kids the things that are important anymore. Like how to work hard, but more importantly, what business is today. You can book us either together, or separate. We can talk about social media marketing (Steve), closing deals (Lisa), and practicing law (Steve). Attorney Steve can also discuss intellectual property and his professional baseball days including his "one day playing in a big league game" (Cincinnati Reds).

Topics we can cover:
1. What it takes to make it in America today. Steve Vondran is a law school graduate after being a baseball player in the Cincinatti Reds organization. He played in the College World series and was drafted by the Reds in 1989. He was inducted into the Fresno State baseball hall of fame several years ago. It is a tribute to his hard work and focusing on a task. He did not have the best skills, but he wanted it more than anyone else did. Here is his hall of fame induction video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOky5O1vFgU. Steve can speak to what it takes to make it in Division 1 baseball, and what happens if you don't make it in pro ball. Not many do. He went to law school after baseball and still competes in State and Federal Courts every day.
2. How social media platforms (such as facebook, pinterest, google , linkedin, youtube, and twitter) can help you define who you are and what your business niche should be. IN the world of social media, you have to focus on your niche. Your niche must be fueled by your passion.
3. How to stay focused on your goals (keeping your "eyes on the prize"). Everyone needs to find a way to eliminate distractions in our lives. Once we do that, we can find time to get the things done that we need to get done. The so called "ADD" society is nothing to be proud of, intact it is often times nothing more than a cop-out and a lack of focus and discipline. We can talk about the top 3 ways to stay focused and get the important things done.
4. How to get your real estate license, and things you can do with a real estate license. Attorney Steve Vondran is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Arizona. In California, you need only be 18 years old and you can make a ton of money in real estate. Most kids don't know this because nobody teaches kids this. In fact, most teachers (if you lined 20 up in a row) would not know that you could get a real estate license at 18. In this economy where the costs of education and student loans are enormous (and stay with you forever) learning how to be a professional sales woman, or sales man needs to be part of the curriculum. Strangely, this is not taught in high school, and even on college. This completely bizarre phenomenon can be addressed by Steve and Lisa Vondran.
5. The power of positive thinking and learning how to turn adversity into advantage. Life is full of failure, challenges, problems and tasks. That is just another day on the farm. Steve and Lisa can talk about how to tackles your challenges and set goals that you commit to and which involves a REFUSAL to let things stand in your way. The road to success is paved with potholes and work-arounds to successfully navigate through life.
6. How to use social media networks to build a circle of friends and to become more influential. In the future, your kids will not be hired based on what school they went to (ex. an Ivy League School). Instead, they will be judged by how many "fans and followers" they have and what their level and degree of "social media influence" is. Again, they don't teach this in high school, junior high, or college. Yet instinctively, todays younger generation knows this to be true and they gravitate to technology searching for meaning and looking for human interaction. This is a very important topic that we can further elaborate on.
7. international e-business & internet law issues (such as trademarks, branding, copyright, internet marketing, domain name law and more). Do you know that you can sell a $8.19 domain name for millions of dollars? You may say "yeah, I know that" but do you know what domains people and businesses are buying and WHY they would pay that kind of money for a digital asset that virtually anyone on the planet can buy? Attorney Steve Vondran can elaborate on the top domain name sales, and explain the process of buying, selling and leasing internet domain names. See (link hidden)
8. Legal and social issues involving your kids and the growth of social media networks such as the internet, and mobile technology. Have you ever wondered what it would be like if kids went to school, (I am saying kids junior high and beyond - I have no beef with education from the K-6 as the teachers are fantastic) and the entire day of education consisted of each kid asking one question (any question about anything they wanted to know) and the teacher looking the question up on google and facilitating a discussion. This is the future of education and we can address this important topic in more detail.
9. How you can learn anything you want on the internet, and be the person you have always wanted to be. With todays technology, there really is no more room for excuses, and no need to blame anyone for not being successful. There are thousands of internet success stories, and thousands of stories of personal triumph. We can share some of the more interesting stories with our audiences.
10. How to be more likeable as a brand and as a person. In the future, if your brand (including your personal brand) is not likable or shareable, you might find life more difficult than others. But how do you achieve this? How do you find the creative juices you need to INSPIRE people and start companies? These are such important topics that we can touch on.
Other topics (consistent with the above themes) can be tailored to meet your needs. Anything dealing with e-business, social media, or real estate is wide open. Send me a message and let's talk.
Adequate staging, lighting, and sound.
The rise of technology, the rise of student loans, the lowering of educational results, the shrinking of the middle class, the population explosion, the changing business and real estate climate, the rise of social media influence.
Adequate sound, lighting, and audio
