Stone Cold (3 piece with drum tracks to fill the sound) performs country 80s-90s and 2000s country along with a little current and older country. If you like to listen, dance or sing along to what we do, let's do this! As a 3 piece, we can charge less. If you are looking for mostly today's top 40 country, we're not going to be a good fit, but we truly wish you well!
Brenden H. (2019) - Outdoor Fair-These guys know how to put on a show. Great Band, rocking all the music you love. Super fun. You might be in the band and not even know it.
John V. (2019) - Private Party-You guys rocked the house. Many compliments and we will be discussing your availability for next year for sure! Thanks again.
The birthday party was a smashing success in most part to the band. They were the perfect fit for the cowboy themed birthday party. Very talented "musicians", not just some guys trying to get it done. They were awesome ask anyone who was in the building..
I could not have been happier. Easy to work with and very accommodating..
Book them for your next event if you like good country played by professionals..
Thank you all for a successful party.
Response from Stone Cold Country:
Thank you Joe. It was our pleasure and we appreciate the kind words. Our goal is to do exactly as you have described. Thanks again!
Blue Steel band was absolutely one of the best things, if not the best thing, we chose for our wedding. We did not have a chance to see them in person before our wedding and were absolutely blown away with their performance. Blue Steel was so easy to stay in contact with which is very relieving especially during such a stressful time. We had a previous band bail on us and this continuous contact was very assuring and comforting.
We requested them to play our first dance song, Millionaire by Chris Stapleton, which was not on their set list and they practiced it just for us and NAILED it! They had a very large and professional set up with awesome lights creating an inviting atmosphere to dance the night away. They were also able to play our special songs on their own computer system when it came to the Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances. We had them placed inside where the ceremony was and they were flexible in set up time so it did not conflict with the ceremony and dinner set up, etc. The dance floor was busy all night and kept the environment so fun! Blue Steel Band truly made our night so special and so fun for everyone there. We would book them over and over again! Saying we strongly recommend Blue Steel Band would still be an understatement as they met and exceeded expectations in all aspects!
Response from Stone Cold Country:
Taylor and Lance, once again, thank you so much for including us in your special night. It was our honor. Again, congratulations to you both! We wish you all the best!!

Thank you!
STONE COLD COUNTRY...
Welcome! Stone Cold Country is a three piece band who uses drum tracks to complete the sound. As such, we are able to quote less to play and still provide quality entertainment. We are DEDICATED to performing country from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s along with a little current country. Sure, we throw in a few other favorites, too. If you like to listen, dance or sing along to what we love to do, let's do this! If you are looking for a lot of current top 40 country, we are likely not your band. If that's the case we do wish you well. For us, it's all about the music leading up to, through, and out of the 90s. We've found it's very popular with folks of all ages who love it as much as we do!
The lead singer and acoustic guitarist, Mickey John, is known for this crowd interactive approach. The band's bass player, Dusty, is an outstanding bass player and he also contributes vocally on lead and harmony vocals. Bryan completes the band as the lead guitarist. He also contributes vocally on lead and harmony vocals. Yes, we use drum tracks (due to the inability to find a quality drummer coming out of Covid). However, this keeps our numbers down and allows us to charge less for quality entertainment.
The band understands the importance of doing everything within their power to ensure the customer's expectations are exceeded. If you are looking for a band that will go out of their way to satisfy, Stone Cold Country is your band!
The band travels with a quality sound system and lighting. The system is more than adequate for small to medium sized venues. Should a larger (outdoor) system be needed, the band will coordinate efforts with a sound production company. Our approach ensures we can keep our fee down to a more reasonable amount for customers and if the venue is larger, work with a production company on an as needed basis.
Stone Cold Country is experienced and thought of very favorably! If what you've read seems like what you are looking for, you won't be disappointed! Book this band...
STONE COLD COUNTRY uses the latest and greatest in today's technology when it comes to equipment. The sound is all digitally enforced and supported by top of the line equipment, high performance speakers, and laptop / tablet technology. The lighting is all LED and DMX supported which requires less energy and works very well. For larger venues (mainly large outdoor events), the band will work with a local sound production company to ensure there is sufficient equipment to cover the venue. Please inform the band at the time of inquiring if the venue is large (basically would apply to large outdoor venues, fairs, etc...).
