We are a family band mixing cover songs as well originals. We have been traveling for 21 years, touching lives with our music in churches, coffee houses, drug rehabs, and prisons. Our concerts are put together to fit the occasion.

In 2005 they were invited to perform at The White Houses’ annual Pageant of Peace in Washington, DC. The Yoder Family travels both nationally and internationally, visiting 38 states and Nicaragua last year alone. Straight From the Heart Band also performs in orphanages, coffee houses, jails, prisons and drug rehabs, taking their music where no-one else will go. Their Amish-Mennonite background provides unique harmonies that along with a variety of live instruments makes this a must-see event.

Our music set list changes for every setting and sometimes during the concert. It all depends on the age of the crowd and how they are responding.
