STRATA – Layers of Rock History
Our three-fold philosophy:
1) Every song must be dance-able!
2) Play the songs as close as possible to the original, the songs are tied to people’s emotions and memories!
3) Cover as many artists as possible and thereby be able to honor many requests for a certain band/artist!
STRATA will get you moving right from the start with great hits from rock and roll’s amazing history (50’s thru current). Our tight and energetic shows get the crowd involved and bring rave reviews from those in attendance. If you love to sing along, dance, or just watch the show STRATA is the band you’ll want to hire for your event!

We had gone to a small event to preview Strata. They were good and sang the kind of music we thought we would like for our venue. Strata was easy to work with, responded quickly to concerns, and played the playlist we chose from their selection. Last night they rocked our clubhouse keeping the dance floor FULL with every single song! I have been getting texts all morning long how this was the best band we have EVER had at one of our 22 years of dances. I will definitely use them again and encourage people to book them (but not when I want them--hahaha)!
Response from Strata:
Thank you so much for your review Val! We had an awesome time at your venue and we hope to play for you again soon.
We are so glad we chose Strata for our Band for our Party / family reunion. Bud was very good communicating before the event and made me feel at ease about the entertainment. We loved that we could chose the songs from a list! Everyone at the party really enjoyed that we had such a great group and complimented how it enhanced the atmosphere at the event. Honestly they are worth way more than they charge. They were all very great performers and really made our party special. Our food service ran super late for the meal but they took it all in stride and made the necessary cuts to stay on track and even stayed late to try to get a few extra songs in. We really appreciated it. I would totally book them again in a heartbeat and will definitely try to see them performing live again at a public event :)
We hired Strata to play at our Company Holiday Party last Saturday and they were amazing. Song selection had everyone’s attention and the Sound was amazing. We also had many compliments from our staff after the event.
Strata was so fantastic. They sent us their songs and we got to choose ones we wanted them to play. Bud, the lead singer is so communicative and and the rest of the band was friendly and so lovely too! Everyone had a wonderful time at my mother's 70th birthday!
We had Strata perform at our club’s 111th anniversary. Wow what an amazing band! A bonus that they let you choose what songs we wanted for each set. The energy and interaction with the crowd was just what the club needed to get us off our seats! Friendly band members and what a great and easy experience during the booking process. Definitely would recommend Strata for any of your events! I know we will be booking them again.
