My name is Miranda. I am a Health and Wellness Professional with over 7 years of experience teaching Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Partner Stretch, Cardio Fitness, and Breathing Techniques. In May 2023 I returned to the United States from Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands where I have spent the last 3+ years holding classes on the beach, in corporate offices, gyms/studios, residential homes, and at community centers.
