String Poets

The musical quality and variety of music was excellent. Rahdi was very communicative prior to the event and everyone showed up on time. Our guests were there to listen as this was not background music and they were most appreciative. On a ‘con’ note: it would be nice if the announcements between musical pieces could be clearer and more informative.

I surprised my GF with a proposal in DC. We’re in a long distance relationship so I had to coordinate everything from Florida where I live. Radi was extremely helpful and was able to put together sheet music for “Africa” by Toto, the song I proposed to. Overall, if you’re looking for some great musicians for any event, Radi is the guy to make it happen.

It was just perfect! It was my wife's 70th birthday. They are many aspects of working with a group, music which they played great is just one part. Working to develop a play list, Playing it arranged order to accompany activities. Working with cues when a surprise event does not run on schedule. Arriving on time, Polite and friendly, Promptly replying to the email and phone back and forth that are necessary to coordinate an event. Everything was so good it is disappointing that I do not have another opportunity to work with them however I am thinking . . .

String Poets was absolutely a godsend for our wedding. We contacted them with only a couple weeks to go until the wedding, since we were running into some real issues with our previously booked musicians, and Radhi was incredibly kind and accommodating. They have an extensive classical repertoire, and their renditions are flawless, graceful and very moving-- several professional classical musicians who were in attendance told me that they were very impressed! I entered to Elgar's Salut d'Amour, and their rendition was just perfect. In addition, Radhi was even able to find last-minute sheet music for a very unusual recessional song we wanted (my fiance had his heart set on walking out to the Super Mario Orchestral theme). I am so so glad we found String Poets and would recommend them to anyone!
