I would recommend Studio Staffing. They sent a wonderful team to assist with my graduation party. They were very flexible when we had to make a quick change due to weather.

Everything from booking, to coordinating the timing, choice of server etc. was seamless. We had a wonderful party helper who was professional, courteous and very pleasant. She really helped our guests feel welcome and well attended to.

Milton and his team completely saved the day with my last minute request to help out at our party! They were prompt, so friendly and constantly exceeded expectations. Would 100% hire again and refer to any friends and family that are looking. Thankyou!!

My experience with Studio Event Staffing Services the first time I used them was flawless. However, when I book this last event, Studio Event Staffing Services changed the time from 3 hours to 6 hours and refused to answer my calls or emails. I was forced to do 6 hours which I didn't need. I don't see myself using Studio Event Staffing Services in the future.

I hired a server for Christmas Eve dinner at my home for 25 people. Laura was our server, and she was the best server I have had! She was able to assess the situation quickly and went into action! From putting out hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner, to bar tending and everything in between, she made the evening go smoothly. The group that we had for our event was amazing! They arrived to the location early and went to work right away. They were all neat and clean. Some things we instructed them to do but so many other little helpful things they just jumped in and began to do and did well. Our crowd is not easiest to please and they did so with ease! Our event was a tremendous success and their services played a vital role. We will be using their services moving forward for our future events.

Janet was extremely helpful and my event ran super smooth thanks to her staff. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use their service again.

There was a server and a bartender. There was lack of clarity regarding the breakdown at the end of the event. 20 minutes to close, the chaffing dishes were not emptied. When the time came, and they left 10 Minutes before the contracted end time. Both guys were very helpful and worked hard. One disappointment the baretender served champagne in wine glasses instead of flutes.

There was a server and a bartender. There was lack of clarity regarding the breakdown at the end of the event. 20 minutes to close, the server was relaxed sitting around while I tried to empty chaffing dishes. When the assigned time was up, they left 10 Minutes before the contracted end time and never offered an opportunity to purchase more time. Bartender appeared to do most of the work, as such when guests needed drinks he wasn’t available to bartend. The bartender used wine glasses for champagne toast Instead of flutes.

The servers were on time and professional.

Great service

Easy booking and good price, but as per contract stated did not come to set up and were late 1:30h. Our guest arrived at 4pm and servers arrive 30min or more after guests. We had 2 waiters requested. Our male server was impressive and attentive, our young female server was not helpul and with attitude not a happy face throughout the event.

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW... LITERALLY WOW!!! Milt & Janet Sheppard are an absolute gift to the service industry. From the beginning Milt, took on our event (Wedding), as if it was his personal project. As we conversed over the phone, like long lost friends, it quenched my nervousness about hiring a company sight unseen. Even up to the last minute, when I mentioned in passing that I needed something, he already had the items and was able to provide them for me, from his rental company. What a great source of knowledge MIlt and Janet possess, all culminating and translating into their staff.

The Event:
The Entire Staff showed up EARLYYYY!!! I hired six servers and one floor captain, and they all arrived like an army ready for battle. Ron, Lala, Gloria, Kenya, Tracy, Ana, and Richard . THEY WERE MY DREAM TEAM!!! Without them this event would have faltered greatly. Richard was our captain and he maintained such professionalism, composure and assertiveness in his dealing with the waitstaff as well as with our kitchen staff and event staff. To find out that this was his first time as a captain, the chef, kitchen staff and my event staff were all floored. He performed amazingly and I owe a lot of the night success to his involvement!

It was amazing to feel a sense of accomplishment and completion at the close of the event, realizing that there never was a moment of friction between the 25+ people that were employed for this event, as you know egos can play a major part in the success or failure of an event. I am more than happy to say that this event went off with out any glitches, due in part to "Studio Event Staffing Services".

Milt & Janet were responsive and well-priced. The women who worked at our party, Lanisha and Gloria, could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with. Our open house had about 100 adults and kids total throughout the day, and at the end my husband and I had very little to do to clean up. What a pleasure! Wouldn't hesitate to contact Studio Event Staffing again.

We have used lots of different staffing companies for our parties over the years. These were by far the best (and I set the bar high for these things)! Jennifer and Ron arrived on time and very smartly dressed. They were polite, professional, hard working, highly competent and proactive in carrying out their duties over the course of the evening. Milton and Janet were excellent in confirming the booking, and making sure it all happened. Would recommend them highly, and will be using them again for next year's holiday party!

Overall, Stella did a good job: she was eager to jump in and help with setting up the food, cutting up the fruit, heating up the apps etc. She also was very likeable and friendly. What I noticed is that it seemed that Stella did not have that much experience with being a server. For example, when the guests would just arrive, she would start walking up to them with the food items before they even have a chance to say hello to everyone/grab a drink. Also, time management was a bit off (again stems from a lack of experience I gather). I would have to go into the kitchen and ask her to start serving the crab cakes or quiches etc. and she would just not have a system of when to bring up what and how long to circulate one given app around.
Now, I may be being over critical as I have worked as a cocktail waitress when I was in college and know the trade really well. In general, I would hire Stella again and would make sure to spend more time coaching her in advance of the party.

From doing an ice run, leaving the place very clean, and everywhere in between, the two servers we had were great at my boss's cocktail party. He was very impressed with how clean we were able to get the space so quickly after guests left. They kept the bar well stocked and there were never plates or cups left for more than two minutes!

Taylor was terrific. Was right on time, was competent and quick to getting everything started up. Was helpful through out the night of ensuring the food and drinks were organized. Cleaned up throughout the party making the ending easy. Great job!

I created an account on Gig Salad after our dinner party last year--the wait staff we booked then were terrible, and I didn't want a repeat of that experience. Of all the bids we got, Studio Event's services looked the best. And I wasn't disappointed. One of the servers we got was a little slow on the uptake, but overall, communications from the owners was prompt and terrific, the servers arrived early, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up. It was a relief to work with such professionals.

It was a pleasure to hire studio event staffing services to serve a buffet style meal at a celebration of life service my family had to honor my father after he passed away. The communication with Milt to finalize the details of the day were through and timely. Two of the three servers arrived on time, but they were all extremely professional, helpful, considerate, warm and friendly. I could not have been more pleased with the service. They went above and beyond, checking in throughout the night to see if there was anything else that I needed help with and asking thoughtful questions when they were unsure about something. I would recommend them highly and would absolutely hire them again for my next event.

The servers did an amazing job. We had about 65 people show up and with 2 servers and 1 bartender there was a lot of work to get done, but they all hustled from start to finish.

Everyone did a great job and they communicated well before the event and during. I am definitely recommending Studio Event Services Staffing to friends.

2 of 3 waiters were late. That already set the tone and so owners responded quickly and came to the rescue. Waiters need to be trained formally as some had issues opening wine bottles. Owners were very sorry but not sure I’d use this service again. Good luck in future events.

The waiter's were extremely helpful and professional. The whole team were my only issue is the waiters weren't confident on the table's assigned them which made it a little confusing however they were able to pull it together really well! I think that was partly my fault as they didn't have thee floorpan till they got their. Otherwise they were great and extremely professional.

Both of the waiters were great, very helpful, and willing to pitch in on any task that I asked them to help with. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The response time from the company was quick and they checked in with me the Friday before the event to confirm all the details. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I would definitely consider using them again for future events.

Studio Event Staffing provided an A+ service for my parents 50th wedding anniversary party. They were professional, polite, and sharp at what they do. They all worked tirelessly and had a great sense of humor. The captain made sure that everything runned smoothly.. I plan to hire them again for my next event.

From the moment I received a proposal to a call after the party, I have received attention to my party and my requests. We were a small family barbecue ( 15 people ). I hired a wait staff, which would also assist at the barbecue and clean up. The young lady was very nice and positive and did whatever I requested with a smile. There was traffic and I was kept in constant communication. The late arrival was more than made up by additional time, given free, after the party. I highly recommend Studio Event. We were about a week and a half away from an event we were hosting at our warehouse for donors. The original event company we were going to use was no longer going to work due to budget constraints. After using this site for the first time, I received 3 quotes, and Studio Event Staffing Services was the most affordable and quickest to respond. I worked with Janet primarily to confirm pricing, timing, arrival, etc. I had a questions regarding some of the equipment we had rented for the event and she had it all covered. Her team arrived on time, dressed as we had discussed, and immediately went to work with finishing up set up of our buffet line. Everyone on her team was friendly and very helpful throughout the afternoon. I would definitely recommend them again, and will keep them in mind for future events!
