Using applied improvisation techniques I will tailor the program to meet your unique needs. The exercises will be similar to those found in chapter 8 of Daniel Pink"s To Sell is Human.
Improvisors make it look so easy, but they are relying on truly knowing now to listen, being present, seeing the gift and saying "Yes and".
I have over 25 years experience as a group facilitator, trainer, and coach. I preform in interactive dinner theatre, and have had the amazing experience of playing Mrs. Claus at a local theme park. I look forward to working with you.

Are you looking for engaging interactive fun, team building and experiential education? The workshop or series of workshops are intended to help individuals and teams be better communicators. It is an interactive workshop, with very little sitting around. There will be plenty of laughs while learning the art of listening, being present, understanding how to say yes, and making the other person look good.
I love helping others discover their own unique creative talents, and bringing those gifts to the workplace. I began studying improvisation in 2008 and it took my training and communication to a whole new level! I have a BS degree in Coaching and Education and an MS degree in Health Promotion. I have been a trainer and presenter for most of my professional career. For the last 11 years I have worked as a Success Coach and trainer for an educational software company. I love to learn and want to have fun doing it. Teaching people the art of improvisation and watching them grow into better communicators, gives me a joy beyond words.
