What an amazing experience for my grandson’s 3rd birthday party! We had children of all ages, and they all had a great time with Spider-Man. They loved the variety of activities. Christian, AKA Spider-Man, was incredibly patient and great with the kids! This was the best decision I could have made! You won’t regret choosing this company.

I had the pleasure of hiring an amazing agency that provided Santa Claus and the Grinch for our recent corporate dinner, and I am beyond thrilled with their performance!
- Both Santa Claus and the Grinch arrived on time, and their professionalism was evident from the moment they walked in. It set a positive tone for the entire evening.

My experience was amazing. My performer was excellent, responsive, creative and accommodating. The singing was superb and made my event so magical. It was my birthday and an engagement. The performer was able to incorporate both with a smooth transition. It was PERFECT!! I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend other to them.

Superman was fantastic! He was right on time and made an amazing entrance. He did Superhero Training with the kids, then he played with them on the playground, and he helped lead the "Happy Birthday" song. He gave extra attention to the birthday boy, but he was fun and attentive to all the guests.
Communication with Superhero Agency was not as clear or responsive as I would have hoped. But, the character was the most important part, and that was just as I had hoped/expected!

I booked the premier Leonardo for my sons’s 10th birthday! We were in Myrtle Beach,SC which is outside of the travel range, so Super Hero Agency offered a zoom call. Leading up to the call , there was great communication , Kyle was very responsive to any questions I had and he also collected information about my son so the call would be more relatable for my son. On my son’s birthday , he had no clue who was going to call him on his special day. Seeing and talking to Leonardo started his birthday off great . He was so excited and talked about it first few hours of his birthday . My niece and nephew were also ecstatic. Leonardo asked my son about the things he enjoyed as well as answered all the kids questions that they had about the other Ninja Turtles. I absolutely enjoyed watching as it made my heart smile. I can’t wait to book an in person visit with Super Hero Agency when I visit the DMV area . Kyle thanks so much for being a part of my son’s special day . He will always remember his 10th Birthday experience .

From start to finish our experience was great. I really can't say enough great things. They made my grandsons 4th birthday one he will probably never forget. Spiderman was amazing! I will be using this company again. And, I highly recommend them for all of your party needs.

I am a last minute planner. Busy working mom. I knew it was a long shot but reached out to the Superhero agency the day before my son’s Spider-Man birthday party as I realized a special guest would thrill the kids. Superhero agency delivered! Easy to work with and reliable. Not gonna lie, I was slightly worried an out of shape, wraspy voice, smelling like booze Spider-Man would show up 😂. Nope. This Spider-Man was on point and didn’t just show up. He entertained the kids by teaching them superhero poses, was patient for photo ops, and then did a great job leading “happy birthday.” He even stayed in character as my smart little dude asked him, as he was leaving, why he was dressed up like Spider-Man and he replied he was Peter Parker and not to tell anyone. The kids and the adults loved it. Highly recommend.

Hired the SuperHero Agency for a Family Day company event and they did an outstanding job!!! They were very professional and the kids really enjoyed taking pictures and joking around with the characters. Would surely use them again!!!

This Easter Bunny was the perfect addition to our surprise gender reveal! All guests, adults and children enjoyed it! The Bunny was very kind, patient, and followed instructions very well to make our presentation flawless! We are so grateful you were able to be part of our memorable day.

We had an absolutely incredible and memorable experience with Spider-Man at our son’s 2nd birthday! We had kids from 2 years old through 10 years old at the party, and it was a hit for all ages!! Even the parents enjoyed it. Spider-Man arrived on time, full of energy and excitement. He made sure to include all kids in the activities and superhero training. He was patient and kind with all the kids and made sure everyone had a great time. Parents and kids are still raving about their experience meeting and training with Spider-Man! Would highly recommend booking through Superhero agency. Already planning on booking a princess through Superhero agency for our daughter’s birthday this fall.

It started off with a text message 2 days prior to my sons event that they overbooked and my 3pm slot would need to be pushed to 4pm or later... after a lengthy message stating i wasnt happy i received a text THE NEXT DAY that other performers would be coming at 3pm. 3pm arrives on the day of my event and the 1 ninja turtle shows up but i received a phone call saying the 2nd ninja turtle would be 25 minutes late. Upon arrival .. here is a list of what the ninja turtles should of done

These guys made my day. They were able to accommodate my last-minute request right down to the line after my original plans fell through, and presumably drove quite a ways to make that happen, in DC traffic no less. I can’t thank them enough for the sense of relief I had knowing my Dad had someone putting in that extra effort to make his birthday extra special. Will be going back to them again for sure. Thank you So, so much.

My Neice sent me a copy of the video. I only have two issues:
- it was set for 7:00 and it appears the person did not show up until about 7:10. Not a big time difference, but one of the people at the house did reach out to me prior to make sure they were actually showing up.
- The video started when he walked in the door and ended after happy birthday song. The video was less than 3 min long so I'm not sure how the other 10 min I paid for was used. If he was only there for 5 min, I think there should have been more crowd and birthday boy interaction prior to the actually singing so the group was entertained for the time I paid for.

Everything went smoothly with the singing telegram, and Superhero even took a video of the performance and sent it to us free of charge!
But two things cause me to withhold the fifth star:
1. Communications from Superhero as the event came closer were very last minute. They graciously arranged a conference call with the performer so I could discuss expectations, but it was set up with less than 10 minutes' notice. They also contacted me an hour before the performance to request the contact information for the birthday boy's wife, which could easily have been done way further in advance.
2. We sent a birthday note for the performer to read after her first song, which was very important to us. Although she was a fabulous singer, her reading of our message was terribly disappointing. She rushed through it, without pausing between sentences with different thoughts, and seemingly without any awareness that the message was meant to convey our deep feelings and emotions to the honoree. It really bummed us out, and dampened our excitement about the surprise we had arranged. Oh well.

I appreciate your offer of feedback. We take the delivery of our services very seriously and are open to receiving/accepting notes to improve our services. While you are entitled to your opinion, I believe your criticism is harsh, misleading, and unfair.
1. We made special provisions to accommodate your unusual request to speak directly with our performer via phone. While doing so, you did not provide an on-site point-of-contact for our performer prior to the event date. Your guest-of-honor was moved to tears by our singer’s performance as can be seen in the video we provided to you as a complimentary, uncompensated courtesy. All attendees of the performance appeared extremely satisfied with the performance which was met with a round of applause (as seen in the video).
2. Our singer read the personalized message you sent with feeling and at a cadence indicative of her natural, bubbly personality; however, you did not convey any notes on the particular cadence or speed of how the message should’ve been read during the conference call with the singer. So to proclaim your disappointment in the recital expectation is respectfully unwarranted.
Our performer did a fabulous job. She rehearsed the songs and message to perfection and wore the wardrobe color you requested. As an in-person witness, I stand by her performance.
Thank you for trusting us to provide entertainment for your guest-of-honor’s birthday. While we are not pleased that you did perceive this to be 5-star rated, your guest-of-honor and his wife clearly enjoyed the performance and expressed their immense gratitude to our singer and our company itself.
