Susanna played at our daughter’s wedding ceremony and the music was beautiful, exciting, and serene. The music fit [or created ]the perfect mood and setting. The bride and groom were very glad I suggested Susanna. Everyone loved her beautiful music and were amazed at how perfect the harp music was for that special day.
On a more personal level, I was so happy to have contributed to the planning of their event in helping to select the beautiful harp for the wedding ceremony. I listened to Susanna’s beautiful video home concert and recognized her artistry and versatility, and knew she was the perfect choice.
Response from Susanna Wang, Harpist:
Thank you so much for your beautiful review, Jeanette! I enjoyed playing for Thomas and Helene's wedding, and all your guests were incredibly kind and hospitable as well. It was a pleasure to be part of this special day, and I'm glad everyone enjoyed the music. :)
Beautiful and heavenly music!
Susanna played the harp for my mothers funeral, and came with very little notice. She played for our family special time, and for the hour before the funeral. Susanna is most professional, and played nonstop classical, hymns, and a list of songs that I gave her as well. Everyone was so impressed, as they walked past the harpist on their way in, and felt so special at the celebration of life service.
This is our second time to have Susanna come play music for our family in the last four months. We will be asking her again for future gatherings. She is awesome!
Response from Susanna Wang, Harpist:

Susanna is the a pitta me of what a harpist should be! She was professional, courteous, and her playing was so musical, and repertoire expanded. We had complements from nearly every person who attended our event, on Susanna‘s plane. Who dominated us by playing her Harpwell her daughter played violin for our family. Beautiful beautiful! We will have her again at our next event.

She has been to stylish venues such as the Petroleum Club and St. Regis Hotel as well as relaxed spaces like a barn in Fayetteville and Eastern Glades Park. This depends on the venue. Most venues for weddings and smaller parties do not require any amplification. Larger reception venues, concert halls, and churches will require the harp to be amplified with a mic. Alternately, I have a piezo pickup with a 1/4 inch plug that can connect directly to the sound system.
