Overview
SVN Events specializes in wedding and event planning. We have relationships with a variety of vendors and will help you stay within your budget to plan your dream wedding day. We can also assist with some planning if you have already started the process and want us to take over or could just assist with Day of Coordination.
Besides weddings we can also assist with planning other events such as birthday parties, retirement parties, game/trivia nights, bridal/baby showers, gender reveals, children's parties, family reunions, etc.
Our goal is for you to enjoy your special day and leave all of the logistics, planning and problem solving to SVN Events!

We needed the special touch that Steve and his crew brought to our wedding day!
From planning to execution, even on such short notice, Steve came through and then some.
Cocktail hour to the dessert bar and everything inbetween. He helped serve 150 guests in a short amount of time, which was impressive.
We were so happy to have had his helpful advice/suggestions. Everything worked out great. We didn’t even have to think about it once the day began, it was in his hands and he made it happen.

This was one of the most seamless on-line experiences I have ever had. I was a bit leery about hiring a bartender sight unseen but the experience I had with Gig Salad, Nick and the second bartender (shame on me for not remembering her name). The communication before and during the wedding was first class and their service was even better. We could not have picked two nicer people to assist us in enjoying my sons wedding.

What to Expect
At SVN Events we will work within your budget to make sure you get the best bang for your buck. We will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best price possible for the services you are requesting. If you don't have a specific vendor in mind we will work within our network of preferred vendors to get you fair pricing for your wedding or special event.
About
Steve has been planning large scale and intimate events for over 18 years now. He got his first taste of event planning during his time in grad school in Miami, Florida. Steve coordinated event logistics for University of Miami home football games at the Orange Bowl with over 70,000 fans in attendance. He has continued his event planning roots in the field of higher education as well as planning private events for family and friends. Steve has planned and organized weddings, retirement parties, birthday parties, baby/bridal showers, engagement parties, family reunions, children's parties, galas and balls, commencement ceremonies, staff recognition dinners and awards ceremonies, game/trivia nights, golf tournaments and everything else in between. Steve's goal is to take care of all the details so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your special day. Steve can assist you with full service event planning from start to finish or simply serve as your day of coordinator. Steve currently resides in Wolcott, CT with his wife / co-owner Valerie and their two children Natalie & Lorenzo.
