Swagfunk is a versatile Funk band in demand. Originally formed in the winter of 2008, Swagfunk has since hit numerous milestones. In addition to performing shows all over the DC; MD; VA; and the Baltimore area; Swagfunk has also performed regularly in the northeast over the years. Swagfunk has developed a very loyal following globally. They have been adopted by the locals and have paved the way to a great music scene.
Averaging over 100 appearances per year, we offer affordable quality, specializing in weddings, corporate functions, private parties, festivals and concert appearances with an emphasis on strong, soulful vocals and solid instrumentation. Famous for getting crowds on the dance floor and more importantly, for keeping them there, Swagfunk has a performance custom-tailored to best suit each audience and occasion. With Hundreds of songs in a wide variety of styles, Swagfunk can also be booked in several different combinations, ranging from just three musicians to the full set including one of the finest female vocalists in the area.
As thousands of appreciative listeners and hundreds of satisfied talent buyers agree, The Swagfunk band are musicians truly committed to making each and every show an event to remember.
We always try to schedule a site survey to best prepare for every performance. We have our own PA System and Backline. Mics, Stands, monitors and performance equipment comes with the band. We request to start set up at least an hour before the performance.
