Added the duet to my wedding cocktail house just a few days before my wedding and they were available, flexible and timely with all communications!

I usually do not leave bad reviews but my experience with this company was so awful I feel I have no choice. My wedding was April 2024. A chilly day but by no means freezing. We were told by the company that they decided that their musicians would absolutely not play outside ( our ceremony was outside) although we were saddened by this, we agreed they would play at the door. The musicians were rude and insisted they needed to be seen by the guests and in pictures . It seemed as if they really wanted us to have our ceremony indoors and that was not going to happen. No one saw them or heard them as they played. And of course they did not play our last song. Overall it was a terrible experience that ruined my gift to my now husband . Side note, the temp that day was 46 degrees. We offered to place them in a covered area where they would be seen and each had their own heaters. Muscle was my that well played either.

We hired a string trio for my son's rooftop wedding ceremony. They were fantastic and added such a level of elegance to the event. Super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Sweet Harmony for your event!

I booked Sweet Harmony for my August 2023 wedding. I booked a violinist and cellist for the ceremony. I chose the traditional music for the ceremony portions and chose a Playlist for the preceremony music. they made the music choices easy to make due to having multiple styles of Playlist and videos for them playing some of the songs. On the wedding day, their playing of Canon in D started to get my husband to cry before he even saw me. I recommend people to book Sweet Harmony to be used their events

I contracted Sweet Harmony for not only my daughter's wedding 9 years ago, but also my wedding 2 years ago, and most recently my son's wedding in October 2023. I contracted with Sweet Harmony for a Trio for my daughter's wedding ceremony and cocktail hour on Oct 1st 2023. The feedback from the attendees was that the trio was fantastic and they really added to the atmosphere of the event. I enjoyed the pre-ceremony music and really got to enjoy the music when the wedding party and my daughter walked down the aisle. This was something I wish I had at my wedding and was thankful that I could provide for my daughter's wedding. People may think live music played at an event is something not necessary or an area to cut for expenses but it really does set the mood and all ages of guests love it!

They were wonderful people to work with! They had an extensive list of songs they were able to play and even if the song you’re looking for is not on the list, you can make a request to have them play it. They were very accommodating when it came down to picking the right musicians to play the songs we chose for the ceremony. They followed our instructions to the T and played the music so beautifully!

Book Sweet Harmony with total confidence!! I had the perfect string trio of Harp, Violin, and Cello at our wedding to welcome guests, during the ceremony, and during cocktail hour and loved every minute. Tara, the owner, was always patient, kind, and highly responsive from our first phone call. I knew nothing about hiring musicians and she went above and beyond to explain the process to me, plus their planning website is user friendly. Tara was even able to acquire sheet music to perform a custom song right before my husband walked down the aisle. Music is a very important emotional component of the day: my husband said that was the only moment he truly teared up all day! I would only highly suggest you have your videographers or someone with a mic spend time recording the music because that is my one regret, not being able to hear all of the music again.

My husband and I booked a cellist and guitarist for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Elisa was so great to work with on planning our music selections. It was fun and easy. We hired a guitarist and cellist for our outdoor wedding ceremony. They played absolutely beautifully and were an important addition to our wedding day. The Light of Seven was exceptional. The Rains of Castamere performance was strong. Not one dry eye in the wedding ceremony. A masterful and world class performance.

My guests were truly entertained and Judith took everyone in attendance on a emotion packed journey. From sorrow and loss to victory and triumph. From overcoming tremendous trials and tribulations with dignity and integrity to finding happiness in family and the love of my life.

I can go on and on about Sweet Harmony but all I will say is that my only regret is not being able to listen to every single moment of their performance and to experience the emotional journey they took everyone on. Truly a remarkable experience.

I hired a solo violinist for my wedding ceremony and I am do happy I did, it made my day absolutely magical, sweet harmony was amazing to work with. Staff and musicians were kind and accommodating!

We had a solo cellist for our wedding ceremony and a cellist/guitarist duo for our reception. We were beyond pleased with their performance and received endless compliments from our guests about how nicely the duo matched the vibe of the party. We were a little worried people would want to dance and wouldn’t be able to, but the musicians played some very lively music later in the evening and our guests thoroughly enjoyed singing along and dancing with the music. We could not be more overjoyed!!

Highly, highly recommend! I was fortunate enough to book Sweet Harmony for piano and violin for our cocktail hour 2 months before our 2/4/22 wedding and it was one of the best choices we could have made! Having the live music really just helped elevate the already incredible atmosphere. Our musicians Tina and Jeremy were so sweet, so talented, so professional and just perfect! Everyone we interacted with was so kind, from Karen who took our inquiry right on up to the owner Tara. Booking was seamless and Tara was amazing, responsive and so easy to work with! We even added an extra half hour (our cocktail hour was extended) like a week and a half if not less before our wedding and she made it happen. Truly could not recommend Sweet Harmony more!

Unfortunately, our DJ couldn't get his act together and get his equipment up and running by the end of the cocktail hour. The harpist, Karen, on her own accord continued playing for 35 minutes extra and kept the party going without any guests' knowledge. Extremely talented, incredible situational awareness, and we couldn't be happier. Of all the things that go wrong on a wedding day, no matter how many times things are checked and re-checked, Karen was one of the true all stars of the day. Would recommend her and Sweet Harmony Music to anyone and everyone 10 times out of 10.

Sweet Harmony was the perfect touch to our wedding ceremony! We had a violinist and cello player and the music was absolutely beautiful. When looking for live musicians, the only thing I knew was I wanted to walk down the aisle to A Thousand Years played by live violin and was clueless about everything else. Elisa, our primary contact, was so responsive and patient with me as I asked her endless questions and needed her expert guidance multiple times. We had a very small intimate ceremony and I was coming down a grand staircase so without having a wedding party or day of coordinator paired with not being able to visually see guests arriving and my groom going out to the alter, I realized I would need to rely on music to know when things were happening. When Sweet Harmony said they could make that possible, the biggest stress point of my ceremony was no longer a stressor. They certainly didn't disappoint on the day of! Sweet Harmony has fantastic musicians, wonderful customer service and elevate any event!

Sweet Harmony performed beautifully at our wedding December 2021. The entire experience with them was seamless- they tailored their services to exactly what we wanted and gave helpful suggestions as well. Tara and her team at Sweet Harmony are amazing! We got married on the Brooklyn Heights Promenade in an intimate outdoor ceremony with our closest friends and family. We thought a solo violinist would set the perfect tone for the evening and we couldn't be happier with our experience. When choosing our songs, Tara helped me pick one of my favorite songs for the bridal processional song that would sound the best with a solo violin. She was also very communicative up until our day! On the day of, Inna, our violinist, was well-prepared and knew the order of events and timeline well. She played all of our requested songs and background music beautifully. They were extremely flexible with time changes due to inclement weather and our violinist was extremely pleased and willing to fulfill our request for a private playing for the both of us after our ceremony had finished. We hired Sweet Harmony LLC with two musicians, a violinist and cellist. Both were very professional and prompt, and they played beautifully. We got to select the songs for the ceremony and were allowed to pick up to three for the cocktail hour, then provided some guidance for the remaining songs in the cocktail hour. Recently, Sue participated in a surprise wedding proposal to my now fiancé. She worked with me for several hours planning a surprise proposal on a beach where she snuck up behind us and started playing our song which she played beautifully. As soon as she started playing, my fiancé looked at me and her eyes welled up. It was a perfect moment in time and Sue delivered the soundtrack for it. She is wonderful to work with and plays her violin like a master. Would recommend her 1,000 times over.

I had booked two strings musicians and a bagpipe player for my wedding. They were so accommodating! The musicians came to our wedding rehearsal as well. I just want to say that I was completely wowed with the musicians who played at our wedding from Sweet Harmony. Flip Peters (guitar), Nancie Lederer (violin), and Andy Kim (cello) worked very well together and played beautifully. We performed a handfasting ceremony and the music was well timed and was the perfect volume. The music we chose for the processional, recessional and the prelude were mostly theme songs from movies and shows (Jurassic Park theme song, Game of Thrones, Hedwig's Theme from Harry Potter) with some music by the Beatles and Marc Anthony. This is a very eclectic and nontraditional mix of songs for a wedding and Sweet Harmony delivered! Thank you, Nancie, Andy and Flip, so much for making our day memorable.
