Fun and energetic classes for kids! I am expanding to in home class offerings of dance, yoga, or semi private (groups of 4 or less) aerial classes. Taking characters like Spider-Man, Batman, PawPatrol, Queen Elsa and setting movement to the songs kids already know and love or taking that love of movement into the air. This class is inspired by the kids and grows as the audience does. Keep your kids entertained and get them moving in the most fun ways.
Cayla was very professional. She was on time and prepared. I could tell she was very experienced with children. She made them all feel comfortable and they had so much fun. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

For yoga or dance: I come with a small speaker to play music, yoga mats and myself! Easy set up and clean up. Mats are optional based off of space available as well.
For aerial: I will come with rigging and an apparatus of choice with a small mat to place under as I guide you through in the comfort of your own yard.
I am Cayla and I have been working with and teaching kids dance for 15+ years! I have my B.F.A in dance from Wright State University and have worked for dance companies in Indiana, Chicago and now Columbus. Through it all I have always kept the passion for teaching and created Sweet Moves for Kids as a way to spread movement to kids outside of a dance studio and bring it to an even younger audience.
Sweet Moves for Kids is a class of yoga and dance foundation where I use songs the kids know and love and have the movement/poses mimic something that character would do, example we love our downward dogs, but we love them more when we get to be our favorite paw patrol pup!
I have taught classes to as young as 18 months and as old as high school. Classes change as kids and their interests do but I work hard to keep them engaged and enjoy moving their bodies. I offer yoga and dance classes to all ages and am adding semi privates or privates of aerial to those 5 and up.
