When you hire Swiftkick to perform at your event, you can expect the following:
* Great sounding live music, with just the right amount of energy and volume level(s) for the current setting / time of the evening.
* Professional and fast communication through all steps of your event planning
* Appropriately dressed band based on the occasion
* All PA and stage lighting equipment provided by the band
* MC'ing if needed to announce key speakers, wedding party, etc.
* Optional solo acoustic music for reception / cocktail hour from the bandleader if needed (additional charge).
Swiftkick is a professional cover band based out of the Greater Daytona Beach area in Central Florida. We are also available to perform in Orlando, St. Augustine, and all points in between as well.
The band primarily plays popular Rock, Pop, & Motown music from the past several decades. Swiftkick is ready to perform at most any type of venue or event.....clubs, weddings, corporate functions, outdoor events, etc.
We provide a complete sound system and lighting, we dress the part for the occasion, and the universally loved music we play speaks for itself!
Q. How much stage / floor space does your band need?
A. Swiftkick prefers a stage size of 12' x 16', with 8' x 16' being about the minimum area required.
Although we can play on ground-floor level, stages are preferred and provide a more professional and dramatic setting for your guests. Many facilities own and provide stages for little or no charge upon request, so be sure to ask them!
Q. What type of electrical requirements are there?
A. Two electrical outlet areas in close proximity to the stage are preferred for the band to tap into, but we may be able to run off of a single outlet if the venue doesn't have too many other things pulling electric from that same circuit.
For outdoor events involving tents situated far from any electrical outlets, a heavy-duty generator may be able to get the job done, or we can possibly run long outdoor-quality extension cords to gain access from the nearest accessible outlet.
