Creative, unique, and trendsetting are only a few words to describe the eccentric
rap group, S.W.O.L.E. which stands for Souls With Only Lyrical Existence.
Members Kyrus Newman (Yung Kyro) and Malik Williams (Mali) have been rapping
since they were a very young age. At the age of 7 Kyro began rapping to
the older children and adults in his neighborhood. During this time he began to
collaborate with his cousin who was also an aspiring rapper, who began rapping
after being left by his older brother. This dynamic duo of creativity then began
to compete to show that they can make better music than other rivals. Since
that time S.W.O.L.E. has released 3 mixtapes and 3 music videos and continue
to create un-paralleled neo-soul sounds that will change the music industry.
These two vintage souls have worked with names such as Tim Gent, S.A.M. Go
Hard, and the Grammy Foundation.
