I am a classically trained soprano with a rich full voice and lots of charisma. I sing primarily opera, oratorio, hymns, and other classically inclined works, but do enjoy (and rock- if I do say so myself) some jazz, country, folk, and musical theatre as well.
Taerra was professional and amazing. She arrived on time, brought a pianist and performed several excellent renditions of popular yet challenging opera repertoire. Our small gathering of opera lovers were duly impressed. She has terrific stage presence, was dressed elegantly, and was able to adapt to the room's emotional tenor.

Taerra is a recent transplant to NYC, one of the many talented singers who come to the Big Apple to chase that elusive Opera Dream.
Until recently, she had been studying and performing in southwestern Virginia and working as a vocal instructor with her own private studio and at a university.
Taerra has sung countless weddings and funerals, church services, and private events, as well as a handful of concerts, recitals, and operas. She is actively working on building her resume and making connections in the greater NYC area.
