Specializing in light-jazz and old, as well as contemporary, standards, Take Two draws its material from the songbooks of late-greats such as, Ella Fitzgerald; Blossom Dearie; and Patsy Cline; and contemporary vocalists such as, Diana Krall; Tony Bennett; and Michael Bublé, to name but a few.
From sultry ballads and Brazilian bossa novas to up-tempo swing tunes and contemporary classics, Take Two’s distinctive blend of voice and guitar has pleased audiences as varied as its repertoire. The night Take Two played in our wine bar, we completely filled the entire dining room. They were a real crowd-pleaser... everyone loved them! We'll definitely be booking them again.
