We live in a world where labels define us, to the extent that sometimes labels are even how we define ourselves. Not realizing how previous trauma effects most individual; in all areas of their lives, it becomes hard to walk in your true identity. I teach people how to remove the layers of trauma and reconnect to their power through an engaging, encouraging, training they will receive honesty, transparency and tangible tools to help them through the process of healing. Equipping them with tools to define, process and heal those traumas. As a result of the healing process, they will be empowered to not only walk in freedom but also be equipped for any future life situations that may occur.

With over twenty-five years of experience, the ability for making meaningful connections with audiences and an insatiable appetite for helping others maximize their potential becoming the best version of themselves, Tisha knows how to rock a platform, connect with a crowd and provide training so that others can effectively do the same.

Tisha’s transparency and relatability compels audiences to relax while they learn. She engages groups from the moment she steps in front of them and leaves them with tools and the confidence that they will use long after the lights have gone out on. Tisha is passionate about people, healing, and empowerment. She is especially inspired to help people take their traumas and turn them into transformation allowing them to live their best life free from the bondage of the past.

Tisha is also the Founder/Executive Director of the Faith-Based nonprofit Power Passion Purpose Inc., CVO of Armani Nejor Designs, and Talk with Tish LifeStylist Coach.

When not speaking or training, Tisha can be found spending time with friends and family, traveling, shopping or just relaxing reading a book or two.
