Tamara recently hosted an event for our office for Black History Month. Her topic was Applying the Dream: Diversity in the Real and Virtual Workplace”. During this time, Tamara was very transparent as she shared history about her family and the impact it has made on the University of Kentucky. She spoke on applying Dr. King's "I Have a Dream" speech to overcoming unconscious biases. Everyone enjoyed her!
