Hello my name is Tamera LaShawn! A Neo/jazz artists based in Southern California. My band and I enjoy bringing a live soulful sound to grace the stage everywhere that we go. As an independent artist, we perform original music but we never shy away from covers. We pay tribute to many artists ranging from, "Isley Brothers", "Erykah Badu", "Daniel Caesar" and more! Tamera and the band were great. No complaints at all. She is very kind and helpful. Tamera and the band added the exact mood I was going for, for my 40th birthday. I would definitely recommend them. My party was all 80’s and 90’s R&B. And it was just what I need to step into my new year of life. Thanks again!

Tamera has so much light + positive, warm, and uplifting energy she brings to you and to the crowd. She was a gem to work with even when things were very last minute. The vibe and performance she and her band put out for us was exactly in the direction we wanted- intimate, soulful, and sensual. Truly enjoyed having her at our venue and would love to work with her again! Don't hesitate to book Tamera.
