Tamika is dependable and consistent in her ability to generate excitement. I've called her to be the guest speaker at meetings of my organization three times, and never been disappointed. I have been asking for advice and talking to Ms Byrd about my issues for over 4 years. She is very good at giving advice and encouragement. She is very straight forward and like the previous review, if you are not ready to hear the truth about yourself and take responsibility for your life, then I would not recommend talking to her. She is excellent at what she does and you will walk away from your meeting feeling good and encouraged.
