I have been teaching and performing hoop dance for over 4 years. Whether I'm hooping at festivals, at parties, or with various artists, my performances are always fun and energetic, and specifically tailored to each event. I always show up in full costume and ready to "wow" the crowd. My specialties include fire hooping and LED/smart hoop performances using singles, doubles, and multiple hoops. Tani was hired for a fire performance at our private party in Davenport. She showed up early to the event in full costume and make-up ready to perform. More importantly, her routine was jaw-dropping! She also engaged with the audience, letting others use her hoops and showing them moves. Would absolutely recommend booking Tani for your event.
Tani is hands down the best hooper I have ever seen. Not only is she skilled with the circle, but uses LED, multiple hoops, AND fire hoops! I have had her perform a few times and each time I am blown away, kind of like watching a cirque du solei performance where your mouth is dropped the entire time. She's got a great style on top of her skilled moves. She is also professional, timely, and attendees of my events always ask for her to return.
From the moment we booked her, Tani was quick to respond, polite, and very helpful. She showed up early, and made sure her performance was perfectly tailored to fit our event. It was spectacular! From the moment I picked up my little plastic circle I felt an indescribable connection to it, and discovered the power of self-expression through movement. My specialties include fire hooping and LED/smart hoop performances using singles, doubles, and multiple hoops. I also do day performances. I am sponsored by Dance Hoops Company. I've performed at many festivals, including Enchanted Forest, Northern Nights, Lightning in a Bottle, and more, and with many talented artists. I am a frequent performer at Grateful Generation events in Los Angeles, as well as at a high-end nightclub in San Jose, 1015 Folsom and F8 in San Francisco. I also teach at a studio in downtown San Jose. Each performance is specifically tailored to each event (for example for a Halloween event I will load Halloween-themed patterns on my hoop and my dance style will be more pop-lock/spooky-esque).
If I am performing with fire I must have adequate space at least 15 feet away from guests (unless I am on a platform/stage).
