Tanner Potter

Tanner Potter is a passionate and versatile Canadian musician who draws his inspiration from many musical genres. His voice fills a room and demands your immediate attention. The music of Dallas Green and Josh Homme among others, have great influence on Tanner’s musical style and song writing. Tanner was born April 9th 1994 in Uxbridge Ontario and began learning to play blues and jazz guitar at a very young age. It wasn’t until he was 13 years old that he first performed as a solo artist showcasing his vocal talents. After several local performances he joined a band and started writing original music. In 2013 he attended college and performed regularly with his band. After two years of song writing and almost a year of recording and production with Brett Simmonds at INEO Studios, Tanner released his debut EP in late August of 2015. Given his diverse musical inspirations, each track highlights a different aspect of Tanner’s musical ability and is a preview of things to come.
