Tapestry is a flute, piano and vocal duo located in Hickory, NC. We are experienced and professional, playing a wide variety of musical genres including holiday selections, Celtic, classical, 60s and 70s and sacred. We frequently play for weddings, receptions, parties, wineries, library programs, and more.
Tapestry provided the perfect music and entertainment for my baby shower. Our guests were amazed!

Tapestry is perfect for both large and small venues. We can fit in a corner or are comfortable performing on stage. We are totally self sufficient, having our own sound system and music stands. We only require two chairs and a covering if playing outdoors.

Suzanne Williams, flutist, and Denise Baxter-Yoder, pianist and vocalist, are experienced musicians who are versatile, playing a variety of musical genres. In addition to playing in Tapestry they are members of the band Puddingstone, and contradance band, Down the Hall. They also freelance individually.
Tapestry can play acoustically or with a sound system, which we provide. If the performance is outside or in a large room we recommend the use of the sound system and we would need access to electricity.
