Setup Location Confirmation: We require details about the event setup location 48 hours in advance. This ensures our team can plan the layout and logistics efficiently.
Event Host Contact: A designated point of contact should be available to guide our team upon arrival, showing where to set up the portable bar and discussing any last-minute adjustments or preferences.
Service Details Confirmation:

Consultation: During our initial consultation, we will go through a list of questions designed to determine the most suitable bar package for your event, ensuring all your needs are met.
Pre-Event Check-In: A final touch-base with the event host will be scheduled 48 hours before the event to confirm details including:
Types of drinks to be served (e.g., signature cocktails, beer selections, wine, and non-alcoholic options).
Specific liquor requests and any special beverage requirements.
The quantity and type of cups, garnishes, and other bar accessories needed.
Technical Requirements:

Space Requirements: A designated area of at least 10x10 feet for our portable bar setup, which includes space for back-bar storage and movement of staff.
