Rent a Photo Booth in the Carolina's to Jazz up your next event. Your guests hop in and out of the booth being serious or having fun! Within few minutes the photo booth takes the shots and prints out a strip like the left, in their choice of color or B&W. Not only do the guests get a fun momento of the occasion, but the host gets a CD/DVD after the event to see what went on in there! The strip can also be modified with a message of your choosing under the images. Guests can take as many images as they like while the booth is at your venue. And, it is portable enough to get just about anywhere, indoor or out, and all we need is a regular outlet to power the printer.
We booked Tar Heel Photo months in advance and paid in full before our event. My party planner confirmed the date, time and location several times just weeks before the event. On the day of the event, he did not come at the appointed set up time. My planner tried calling him repeatedly and he never answered the phone. He did not show up and we had to scramble for a substitute after my guests had arrived. Totally unprofessional and now I have to work on getting a refund. No one should use Tar Heel photo booth. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Are the photos of high quality?
Yes. With the combination of our Computer, Dye-Sub Printer, and Professional DSLR camera we are able to provide highest quality photos that are clear and vibrant.
How come your prices are lower than your competitors?
We have built our unit with various discounts and grants to keep our start up costs low! We also do not use all size fits one price. We have different add on services and products that many of our clients want but many who do not want all the bells and whistles.
How fast do the photos print out?
Normally they print out under 20 seconds.
Are there limitations as to where the photo booth can be set-up?
No! We can virtually set up any where. All our pieces are independent of one another. Ideally, we would ask that we be right near a power outlet. No fear we will contact your contact person at your event and pick the best location. We would also ask to have us on a hard surface.
Can the photo booth be setup outside?
Yes, if there is shelter provided like a tent or a cover to keep everything dry and in working condition for your fabulous event. We will also require electricity. Again we can work with you on your needs to be shy to ask us!
How many people can fit inside the booth?
The booth can fit 2-4 adults quite easily. We can use some creativity and try to get as many as you want. Your group can always can hold the record!
Photo booth easy to use?
Its very easy to use! Just follow the onscreen instructions or just ask us how to use it!
Will there be somebody at the event?
Yes. We will have someone there to make sure your photo booth experience is a great one! If its not we give power to our host to make it right!
Will you publish our photos on the internet?
We will publish your event photos in a password protected area.
How far advance do you recommend we rent your Photo Booth?
As soon as you decide to use us, we encourage you to book it. A $200 non-refundable deposit is usually required with a signed contract. With the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
Do you supply props?
Yes, we do provide props to your events.
What are event cards?
We will provide your guests an event card as they exit the photo booth. This card has information on it so they can log into our site and view and order more prints for themselves.
Do we get unlimited photos?
Yes. With our package the fun is unlimited. Keep in mind the time restraints however. If the photo booth is completely occupied during the one hour, you can get about 35 to 45 sessions in that hour. This would include your guests enter the booth, take their photos, and exit the booth.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do offer specials from time to time. Since we offer one of the best rates around you will be getting more for less than the competition. But we always offer discounts to the Military, Veterans, Police, Fire Department, EMS, and teachers. We also offer rental discounts for schools, churches and non-profits. Please Contact Us for those particular discounts.
Can we use the photo booth for a fundraiser?
Yes. Please contact us and we can talk about ways to do this. We are open to all suggestions.
What is the payment policy?
We require a $200 non-refundable deposit. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. We do accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Do you filter content on photos on the event gallery?
Yes we do. We understand peoples inhibitions in front of the camera becomes freer. We will never upload those types of photos to your event gallery online. If you have specific instructions for filtering please let us know before the event or shortly after.
Can we remove a photo or photos from the event gallery?
Yes we surely can! Email us and let us know which ones!
