Tarot Readings for Events or Parties

Greetings!

If you were to book or hire me for your event, I'll be reading tarot for event goers who want a reading, in 10 or 15 minute intervals per querent (the person that sits for a tarot reading), depending on the amount of guests/event goers you plan or expect to have. It is best if event attendees schedule a reading time with me at the event so that they have a verified and confirmed time with me. I have no problem reading for the same person at the event multiple times, just not back to back to back. For example, if I read for Brian at 3pm, the next appointment at 3:15pm should be another querent, and not Brian. If Brian signs up for another time slot an hour later, I'll be happy to read for Brian again. The readings will be timed, to be fair and ensure that everyone gets the same length of time for a reading during each appointment slot. Of course, I will take a few moments throughout the event duration to use the restroom and possibly eat a snack or light meal, if your event is longer than 2 hours.

I would be reading tarot at a 6ft long table that I will decorate (tablecloth, tarot deck/decks, possible gemstones and crystals, possible flowers, an easel with a sign, business cards, sign up sheet, hand sanitizer, etc) in a 10ft by 10ft space to allow enough space for my items and decoration containers to be comfortably stored. If your event is outside, the 10ft by 10ft space would definitely be required so that I can erect my 10ft by 10ft tent to protect myself and querents from sun/rain, etc. The space should also have access to electricity. Depending on your event, I may or may not have incense burning.

If your event is formal, I will come dressed formally to best match your event. If your event is casual, I will dress casually. The table set up should be in a designated area away from any stereo speakers or musical acts so that the querent and I can hear each other speaking. If alcohol is to be served at your event and consumed by guests, I reserve the right to not read for ANY guest that is seemingly drunk or being noticeably belligerent, abusive or crude, or sick (vomiting, etc) for the sake of my safety.

I will arrive to the event 1 hour prior to start (or prior to when I am to perform my services) and set up. I will begin to pack up my items at the agreed end time of the event. The last tarot reading will be 20 minutes before the end time of the event. If the event ends at 5pm, The last tarot reading will be at 4:40pm and at 5pm I will break down my table, pack up and then leave.

If your event is on a floor that is not on the main entry floor of a building, I will need access to an elevator. Please be sure to provide me with a designated parking space near the entry of the building to ensure easy access for me to transport my items to and from my personal vehicle. Please also provide me with any parking stickers or permits, etc needed to be able to park my car at the event's parking lot/parking garage for the duration of the event.
