Tashi instructs with such kindness and encouragement. She emphasizes getting in tune with our entire body to keep moving forward. She really hones in on stretching/ conditioning to prepare us for belly dance, which I really appreciate as a person who tends to jump into things- which is not optimal for high-quality, safe movement.

In addition to her belly dancing, her LED and fire flow is absolutely exquisite. Her palm torch and sword dancing performances are my favorite, as she also incorporates her belly dance style into it.
