The music of TERRY ALLAN HALL has been described as a "tasty concoction of Good-time Folk-Rock and Country Gold, seasoned with a smidgeon of Jazz, a healthy pinch each of Tin Pan Alley and Americana, and a dollop of 'Down Home Blues', masterly served up through his expressive voice and confident command of the 6 and 12-string guitar, harmonica, banjo, mandolin, dobro and dulcimer".
TERRY ALLAN HALL has been a part of the entertainment scene of North Texas (and elsewhere) since 1975, performing both solo and/or with a succession of bands, the latest being "Too Hot For Snakes".
For more than a quarter of a century, I have enjoyed hearing Terry Allan Hall at Ft. Worth's MayFest, as well as local restaurants, coffeehouses and a few private parties, usually solo, but sometimes with a band, lately "Too Hot For Snakes".
In my admittedly biased opinion, he is an incredible entertainer and a really nice guiy!
We hired Mr. Hall for a backyard barbeque to create some background, ambient entertainment, but our guests, particularily the Guest of Honor, wanted to P-A-R-T-Y!
And party we did for the next 3 hours! Every song requested, TAH pulled off with flair and chutzpah...I've never seen people dance as hard to a solo musician, but Mr. Hall rocks, whether it's an old blues, a country Golden Oldie, or a Jazzy piece.
Our guests have been talking about this party for the last two weeks and we WILL hire Terry Allan Hall again!

I make a point of singing the songs that make your memories smile, and I strive to cover enough songs that everyone in attendence will hear something they like. My performances are "Family-friendly", meaning that no one, from age 1 to 101 will ever be submitted to music or language they might find offensive, unless otherwise requiested (batchelor/batchelorette parties and beer bashes can get a little wild!).
If one is not already supplied, I can supply my own personal sound system, more than powerful enough to fill any large venue (but please note that I also make a point to never be any louder than required for the event). For solo performances, I prefer a minimum of 10' (W) X 5' (D) X 7' (H) of stage area, but am adaptable. For performances with my trio, we'll need about 20' (W) X 5' (D) X 7' (H) of stage area,
