We hired David to perform instrumental session during a private work function with about 25 guests. David was on time, professional, and really set the vibe for our event. All of our guests were raving fans and it ensured the experience of our event was a success. Thank you David!

The Albertson Duo provided live music for the retirement party and really set the festive mood for our group of 60+ attendees! They were very easy to work with and are highly professional. We found ourselves singing along and phone lights waiving in the air by the end of the night. Simply amazing experience!

We hired the Albertson Duo to perform at our marriage celebration event. They were so great, just perfect. David is a wonderful musician who plays a variety of instruments and Megan's voice is unbelievable. The Albertson Duo performed at the Raley's O-N-E Market for Winter Fest and did great. Perfectly professional and sounded amazing.

We recently were fortunate enough to have The Albertson Duo play at our wedding ceremony and reception. It was the best decision we made. They are highly organized in advance of the wedding, have a long library of music for you to choose from, and will even learn a song of your choice to the extent they do not know it yet.

Live music is so much better than a DJ. Their talent and songs made the wedding a hit and we could not be more grateful. They're extremely easy to work with, and talented - if you're lucky enough to book them, you will not be disappointed. It's pretty incredible how large a variety they have to offer. Simply superb!

The Albertson duo was absolutely amazing! One of the best decisions I made was having them a part of my wedding vendor team! All my guests were telling me how impressed they were with David and all the instruments he played and how amazingly beautiful Megan’s voice was. I am so happy I found them! And once the dance floor opened up, the DJing was perfect too! They really listened to what songs we liked to dance too and seriously hit it out of the park. After listening to their Spotify channel, I knew they would be perfect for the event. Communication was prompt and professional from start to finish. They were a huge hit at the event and I look forward to working with them again for future events and parties.

Megan and David were such a perfect addition to our party! Everyone at the party made a comment to me about how great of a singer Megan is and how cool it was to listen to David change between instruments. They were both on time and very easy to work with and great with their email/online communication. I printed up their complete song list and people at the party, including my daughter, said it was so fun to request songs. Megan and David also made my girlfriend's birthday entrance extra special by adlibbing the lyrics to Fergilicious for her name...she will forever be known as "Alyshealicious"! I hosted my daughter's outdoor engagement party and buffet for family and friends. The Albertson Duo provided the entertainment. David's musical talent and Megan's vocals were spectacular and many of my guests told me how perfect they were for the event. They played four sets of music, took several requests, and provided the mic for a a few speeches and a "couples game". I would not hesitate to hire Megan and David for my next event.

Megan and David are an amazing duo and were the perfect addition to our company picnic! They are a breeze to work with and top-quality performers. Beautiful voice, beautiful sound! We were able to select hits from a wide variety of music genres and they added to the list with songs that flowed well throughout the day. It really livened up our summer picnic and they were willing to travel to the Bay Area from Sacramento!

They were punctual, professional, and personable! They have a long playlist to choose from for all age groups. By the time they were wrapping up the dance floor was packed. If we ever need to hire live musicians again, they will be our first call.

I can't say enough good things about Megan and David! They made our small church wedding absolutely perfect. From playing softly in the church for our ceremony, to singing hits at cocktail hour, to DJ'ing our reception, they really made our day special! We got so many compliments from our guests about what a classy addition the Albertson Duo was to our wedding. David was very communicative during our planning process and gave us some great suggestions as to what music to play at certain points during the event, and it all worked so beautifully. We had some quirky requests that I asked of them, and they delivered on point, right on time. They even learned our first dance song, and at the request of the groom's mother, sang a special version of Simple Man just for her. The Albertson Duo is our favorite hire when we want a party to be special and ready fun. We had a ten year celebration for our company. There was mellow music at first so we could mingle and then eat rock and roll and fun sing a long songs for the end of the night when everyone was dancing. It was such a great night. They showed up on time, and their stage presence is professional. They read the room and played the perfect music for our group. Everyone loved them and has been raving about how good they are! We booked the Albertson duo for a backyard birthday party. Leading up they were easy to work with and communication was great. Everyone at the event commented how great they were! The Albertson Duo did a great performance at our 4th of july event for our neighbors, they played all different kinds of music from old time favorites to the new stuff for the kids, we really enjoyed them

These two are so incredibly talented. We had a backyard party and they had everyone singing along and dancing. We ended up hiring them to stay for an extra hour because we were having so much fun we didn’t want them to go! They have a diverse set list that covers many different genres, and on top of being extremely talented, they’re really cool people. They are super easy to talk to and very professional and respectful. Everyone at the party was wanting trying to come up with other events they could throw just to hire them back, 10/10 recommend!

We hired the Albertson Duo to play our backyard Halloween pumpkin carving party for 30-40 people. We first saw them when they played at the Woodcreek Golf Course and really enjoyed their music selection and vibe. We could not have made a better choice because they were great! They arrived early to setup and supplied everything including lighting equipment. All I did was show them where the electrical outlets were and they did the rest. They sounded amazing and were the perfect compliment to our party. They had excellent sound quality and their equipment was top notch. The kids loved them and were dancing in their costumes. Our friends and family are still talking about them. We will definitely be hiring them again this spring for our next outdoor party. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about this duo, they performed for a corporate event and brought the perfect energy and ambiance. They were engaging and had a unique setlist that really caught people's interest. They were perfect for an large corporate event but I would just as use them for a wedding or intimate event. Hi! I am a general manager at a popular downtown Sacramento pizzeria. We have worked with the Albertson Duo for a few years now, for our acoustic brunches. The two artists are extremely professional and talented. Often taking requests and getting the crowd involved in their performances. They take direction very well and usually adapt to the event we are putting on. They have performed special events for us such as our 'Holiday Brunch event', and are booked regularly throughout the season. Most recently, we have asked David Albertson to take on the role of 'Booking Manager'. He is responsible, reliable and eager to bring on new talent. We hired The Albertson Duo along with their sax playing friend Kevin for our wedding in November. I had heard them at the Sacramento bridal expo and knew their sound and vibe were perfect for our barn wedding! They were incredible entertainers at the reception- all of our guests were so into it! We hired David to play at a private dinner for a 70th birthday celebration and he was absolutely perfect! He came in completely prepared with his whole rig dialed. The music he performed was perfect for the venue and event, he read the room perfectly. Then when he was done he quietly cleaned up his space and exited, not disturbing the party in the slightest.

David and Megan were amazing! We had them at a wine club pick up event and they were exactly what we were looking for. We decided on live music for our wedding because we wanted something a little different and more memorable than the usual wedding DJ. We got that and more with the Albertson Duo. They did everything from ceremony music, to our first dance, our parent dances, dancing, even MCing. They are extremely easy to communicate with and were super willing to go the extra mile to make our day special. Of all the compliments we got on our wedding, we got the most compliments on them. Megan has an amazing voice, and David brings a huge variety of instruments that provides a greater musical depth than you would expect from an acoustical set. Nina and I really appreciated having you play at our wedding. Our family and friends said it was a truly wonderful wedding and many of them commented positively on the band (you guys). We also really appreciate that you worked with us through the venue permit issues and in the end were able to give us a wonderful performance. I realize this message comes a bit late as Nina and I entertained her out-of-country family for a few weeks after the wedding. Megan and David were perfect for our Holiday Party. Their set-up was quite extensive and fit into the limited space available in the crowded restaurant. The Albertson Duo performed at our wedding reception on 7/21/18 at Monk’s Cellar in Old Roseville. We got to hand pick songs from their playlist to create the setlist. Their options were packed with favorite songs across many music genres and we were able to create a good mix for all of our guests to enjoy! They asked if we had any special requests for them to learn and perform. We were so impressed with their performance for the song we selected as our first dance! They even fulfilled a spontaneous request that one of our guests asked for that night. So cool!!

We found the Albertson Duo on gigsalad.com and went to hear them live last fall to see if we wanted to hire them to play for our wedding this summer. We new in about 30 seconds that they would be PERFECT for our wedding. We wanted an acoustic vibe for our ceremony and cocktail hour. David and Megan's large diverse repertoire of music added to the exact vibe we were looking for. They worked well with our other vendors and coordinated well with our DJ to minimize the overall equipment needs. We also requested an additional musician (drummer/cajon player), who blended well with the David and Megan and created the fuller band sound in our outdoor venue. They did a fantastic job of putting many different styles of music into their own acoustic/folksy sound and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another event!
