I recently hosted a holiday party geared towards young children, and our carolers did a top-quality job as our primary entertainment. They had beautiful voices as anticipated but also kept the children engaged in various games and other activities (including musical contests, a dancing contest, a drawing contest, giving them special instruments to play along with and reading them a story, among others). Without them the party would have been flat; instead we all enjoyed it immensely! I highly recommend this group.

Wow, the trio that sang Christmas carols virtually for my family was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We are all blown away by their talent, cheer, and congeniality. We had a quick 15 minute concert, and the trio was SO UNDERSTANDING as my parents worked through technical issues on their end. The performance brought tears to my eyes! Wow wow wow! Thank you so very much for making this possible!!! This is definitely a major highlight of our Christmas!!!!

Everyone LOVED the carolers - from their song choices to attire to overall presence in the store. Having the carolers brought a fun and festive feeling which put a smile on everyone's face.

The performers were fun, interacted with our crowd and helped spread lots of holiday cheer. Not to mention the Charles Dickens attire looked great. I would use the company again next year.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars has nothing to do with the talent of the singers - they were fantastic. However, they arrived at the restaurant a half hour earlier than I had requested. They spent that half hour waiting in a separate room while we finished up with our luncheon speeches. I assumed they arrived early to ensure that they would be ready to begin caroling at 12:30 as I'd requested - but they wrapped up the singing at 1 instead of 1:30 - so they considered the hour beginning when they arrived - not when they began singing. Again, they performed beautifully but I felt we should have had the benefit for the full hour of carols.

Easy to book the event and they did a great job performing. I was just not sure they performed for the full hour we paid them for.

They did a fantastic job at our event last weekend and everyone loved the atmosphere they created with their costumes and beautiful voices.

I had two main concerns and it has nothing to do with the folks who came. They could not have been nicer. Volume was a problem though, I assumed they would project their voices so that most folks could hear some of the music all evening. They didn't and should have had microphones so the only one's to hear them were those at the table where they were singing. Since we had 24 tables, you can see where most people didn't think we had entertainment. Also, I was so interested in this performance I was willing to pay the $500 fee for a quartet which turned out to be a trio and paid more than $300 traveling expenses for three people to travel a little more than an hour to get to our destination. I did think this was awfully high.

If you want a few people with nice voices to sing at your event, they will do fine. Dickens period costumes were nice. While the three singers were nice, I was disappointed that the three singers had not ever sung together before, which made their singing a little timid.

We will definitely hire them again next year. Everyone loved them.

Timely, professional and talented!!!

The carolers from the American Caroling Company were wonderful! The singers were very professional, personable, and talented.

They showed up on time but apparently complained about the facilities. They did not"carol"
; they sang a song, stopped looked through the book, conferred on a song and then sang, then stopped and did the same thing. I was hoping they would sing as they strolled but that did not happen. One of them ran off before 5:30 to catch a train. All in all, very disappointed.

A fantastic addition to our event. Easy to work with, great performance, really nice people. Highly recommend.

The carolers did a great job. They were very interactive. I really liked how they would let the audience guide what songs they would sing next.

Jenny and Rachel came and sang for us, and they were fantastic. They were there primarily to sing for my brother in law who is suffering with ALS. Their spirit of Christmas came through in their songs. Both of these women touched all of our hearts and we are blessed that they were there. My brother in law stated that this was the best Christmas ever! We strongly recommend these two wonderful, beautiful hearts to sing at anyone's function. They arrived on time, and in their attire, which added to the event. Thank you again for making this a very special occasion for us all.

I booked a quartet to come over on Christmas Day as a gift to my 96 year old grandpa (and for me and my mom too). The singers voices were amazing, they were kind, gracious, and engaging, they controlled the event well and still fulfilled all of our song requests. They were on time, dressed perfectly for the event, and read the crowd well. This could not have been better in any way. I am so impressed with the singers and company. Would definitely recommend to others and book again.

The singers were wonderful! Our extended family gathers every year and this was a fun surprise for everyone. The singers really helped set the mood for the Christmas party. Everyone enjoyed it form 8 months to 80!

The performers were on time, terrific performers, dressed in Victorian costume, and couldn’t have been nicer! Everyone loved them!

They were a few minutes late, but their performance made up for that. Our residents loved them and sang along with them.

Very talented singers. Wonderful quartet. The problem was that our holiday party was held in our home and the noise of our party drowned out the singers so you had to be quite close to the singers in order to appreciate them.

I can't put into words how amazing the carolers were at our event yesterday. Aside from being amazing carolers, they were all three awesome people. We absolutely loved each one of them! Thank you so much for making our event the best it could possibly be!

We hired the ACC to send us an A Cappella Group to sing Christmas carols at a holiday party with ~50 guests. We found the group to be very good and they were an excellent and unique addition to our event. Overall, the quality of singers was very good but the only reason for four stars instead of five relates to logistics. It seems the actual singers were coordinated by an agency of sorts and so the singers all showed up at different times, rather than coming together and ready to perform. Other than that, we were very satisfied and found the group to be a very fun and unique addition to our event.

The group was striking to look at in their costumes and as they began to sing, we realized they had the talent to match. They were extraordinary, mesmerizing and drew out the biggest crowd we’ve had. It was the perfect holiday experience. We would book them a hundred times over. It exceeded expectations.
