Classic rock? Current hits? Beatles? Relax. The music you want is right here. The Big House Band is ready to play the music at your next function. The foursome has Detroit area veterans who love to play your favorite music – from an old 45 to a newer song you downloaded.
In addition to memories from the 1960s through current(er) hits, The Big House Band can also - or instead - play a set or two from the most popular band in history - The Beatles. No wigs, suits or accents - we just play a set or two of their songs. That's our tribute.
It’s more than classic rock. It’s how you want your party to sound.

We hired The Big House Band to play for my dad's retirement party. As he is a big fan of the Beatles and other music of that era, they put together a set for us filled with hits from the 60s.
It was an outdoor event and the weather was not kind, but the guys were very patient and worked with us to ensure that the show would go on! They did an awesome job and were a fantastic contribution to the vibe of a wonderful event.

I don't usually write reviews but for this band I'll make an exception
I saw them at a party in Mt. Clemens. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong.
They played Beatles and Classic rock , music and harmony's were great , as well as old memories. I would definitely go see them again. Had a great time.

The Big House Band prides itself on supplying quality entertainment, a versatile repertoire, and catering its performance to any particular crowd. We invite you to hire us for your next gathering – giving you less to worry about. We have experience in playing public events, corporate functions, night spots - and of course, weddings and private parties. The band is professional, courteous, prompt and neat, is mindful of musical detail, has a song selection to please any crowd, and plays at a comfortable volume level. It's more than classic rock. It's how you want your party to sound.
Additional Booking Notes
The Big House Band is comfortable playing a range of settings - from a large outdoor festival to an intimate 'unplugged' venue. We provide PA, break music, and stage lighting as required.

Influences & Inspiration
We were truly influenced by hundreds of groups whose records we bought all through the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
But special mention should be made of the British Invasion bands of the mid-1960s (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Yardbirds, The Animals). Not that we aim to sound like a stack of old 45s. Not all the time, anyway. But those were the bands that most made us want to make that noise we heard.
