Our swift booking process makes securing your date easy. On event day, we arrive in the morning or afternoon and take about two hours to set up, ensuring everything is ready before your guests arrive. We need at least 45 x 30 feet of space to fit the inflatable and use two blowers powered by your outlet or our generators for a hassle-free setup. After the event, we can break everything down that evening or leave it until the next morning for added convenience.

We’re Craig and Ryan, the founders of The Blow Up Bar, and we started this business with one goal: to bring the party to you in a fun, unique, and stress-free way. With backgrounds in hospitality and event planning, we know what it takes to create an unforgettable experience. Instead of opening a traditional bar, we wanted to do something different—so we designed a 500-square-foot inflatable bar that can turn any backyard, corporate event, or celebration into a private pop-up venue.

We take care of everything from setup to takedown, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our customizable packages and fun add-ons make it easy to create the perfect vibe for any occasion, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, birthday, or holiday party.

To ensure a smooth setup and the best experience for your event, here are the key requirements:

✅ Space Requirements – We need a flat, non-elevated surface measuring at least 45 x 30 feet to accommodate the inflatable structure and picnic tables.
✅ Clear Overhead Space – The area must be free of any overhead obstructions (15ft Clarence), including power lines, tree branches, or awnings, to allow for safe inflation.
✅ Unobstructed Access – We transport large, heavy equipment, so we require a clear pathway from our unloading area to the setup location. If there is a gate or fence, the opening must be at least 4 feet wide to allow for entry.
✅ Power Supply – We use two blowers to keep the structure inflated, which can be powered by your standard electrical outlets or our generator if power isn’t available.
