THE BLUES BUZZARDS is a high-energy, party-oriented band fully capable of providing any event with all the vintage and modern groove required. We feature a pumpin’ thumpin’ rhythm section with big boombastic bass backin’ up steely-smooth double-barrel git-box fury, brass-plated horn blasts, electrifyin’ 88’s, all topped off with growlin’ screamin’ vocals and over-the-top theatrics, combined to create an explosive mixture of funky fun that will have you and your crew dancin’ long past last call!
We offer a wide variety of great tunes in many musical styles – from Rock to Soul, Motown to Disco, Uptown Funk to Delta Blues – we're sure to please everyone on your guest list.

The BLUES BUZZARDS is a team of 8 highly talented musicians, well-versed in a wide variety of musical styles. Collectively, the members represent decades of experience, including work as professional session recording artists and as music educators. The Blues Buzzards have been performing together for over 25 years, in venues large and small, from private parties to nightclubs and large civic events. We always leave our audiences on a musical high and begging for more.
We play on high-quality equipment, through a top-notch P.A. system, and bring a professional sound man to all gigs to ensure the perfect balance and mix to suit the room and client's needs.
Lighting packages are available for an additional fee.
As an 8-man band, we prefer a reasonable amount of space for staging, but can adapt as necessary.
