We had the Brights for a two day marriage event and it was INCREDIBLE! Their authenticity and ability to connect with the audience was like nothing I’ve ever experienced! They bring depth and truth all while making you laugh out loud! It was so much fun and my marriage will never be the same!

Aside from their humor, my favorite part of their “gig” is the authenticity in which they share their story. I loved getting to hear how they’ve overcome some trials and are allowing God to work through them. I would highly recommend them!

We had the Brights come out for a comedy date night at our church. They are genuine, honest, funny and some of the greatest people you will meet! This was our first Associational Small-Church Retreat on relationships. Several churches were represented and there were singles and marrieds in attendance. The Brights were first on the schedule and really hit a home-run! They put everyone at ease through their humor and openness. They set the tone for a great retreat. I highly recommend them!

The Brights are comedians, authors, and marriage educators—self-proclaimed MarriageFUNatics! This husband-and-wife duo combines tag-team humor, proven relationship tools, and their passion for strong marriages to share their story with churches, date night events, seminars, and conferences across the U.S.
Richard and Sheri Bright are transparent about their real-life marriages and fearlessly share the ups and downs of marital bliss and the challenges of blending a family. They love marriage and delight in helping other couples bring joy and fun back into their relationships.
Richard and Sheri currently serve at Newlands Church in Katy, Texas, and lead the Pathway for Marriage class. Before the pandemic, they dedicated over 16 years to the marriage ministry at Lakewood Church/Pastor Joel Osteen. They led and helped build the Marriage Rocks Class into the largest marriage class in the U.S. It is still going strong, today!
They also facilitate the Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts/Twogether in Texas, a state-certified premarital program*. They are XO-Certified Marriage Mediators and have completed Light University’s counselor/mentor program.
