Excellent result. Lots of bells and whistles were added to the carriage with options I got to choose. The carriage and horse exemplified the heritage we wanted and displayed our Grand Marshals in a very good light! I will hire them again!

My daughters wedding day was beautiful! As the dream reception was ending, guests were lined up waiting for the bride and groom getaway, not knowing what vehicle they were going to enter. In the distance we could see the horse drawn carriage coming up the long driveway. The bride and groom came down the lit pathway, did a dip kiss, and entered the darling horse drawn carriage. It was a perfect, beautiful, fairytale ending to a perfect wedding day!

This was the most fun part of the night! I would absolutely recommend hiring The Carriage Establishment. I just had a back yard party and having rides around the neighborhood was so cool. The carriage is beautiful and it truly was so lovely. I will definitely be having them back to my next party.

Dale and The Carriage Establishment made our Princess Party just perfect! He was very professional and went out of his way to make it special for our party. The horse was well mannered and there were flowers and ribbons decorating the horse and carriage with the colors we requested. Dale was the driver and wore a very elegant top hat and coat to match the occasion. It was a perfect touch to our perfect day! Thank you again! We took my daughter on a carriage ride for her birthday. She was in heaven the whole time and for the rest of the day. She loves horses and it was a dream for her to be able to meet their horse Hank. Dale and Karen were so sweet with my daughter and the rest of our kids. I would recommend their company to anyone!

You may use two hours of our carriage service as you please; either a private ride with just the two of you, or share the two hours of fun with your guests. Additionally, you might choose to have 30 minutes with one of our two beautiful horses to model with you in your wedding photos.
Funerals: The Carriage Establishment is honored to assist you in celebrating the life of your loved one with a funeral horse drawn hearse, reflecting dignity and elegance. Our authenic horse drawn hearse pulled by our team of horses, is perfect for families looking for an unique option to give their loved one a proper send-off. The stately black hearse will lead the procession to your beloved person’s last resting place.
Quinceanera: Feliz Cumpleanos! What better way to celebrate your 15th birthday Quinceañera than with a beautiful horse drawn carriage? Your traditional event will be unforgettable when you include a specially decorated horse and carriage and formally dressed driver.
Christmas Events: The Carriage Establishment celebrates the holiday season every year from Thanksgiving through Christmas. Make your reservation or drop by our carriage stop and join us as we provide carriage rides around the festive Christmas Village in downtown Ogden.

The Carriage Establishment is a family-owned business, first started in 2014 by Dale and Karen Greenwell. Dale grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and planned on having a successful business of his own. Many years of opportunities in various life paths finally led him to his dream business; working with horses.
Dale grew up riding his pony Ginger, and later many other horses in the hills behind his home. He trained horses and found a natural relationship and connection with them. He started driving horse drawn carriages in Salt Lake City in 2008. He enjoyed meeting and serving the public and giving them a memorable experience riding in the carriage.
Dale and Karen partner together to realize The Carriage Establishment Mission to: Provide one-of-a-kind nostalgic horse and carriage experience. They are committed to be respectful of individual, family and community cultures, while providing exceptional customer service.
