I surprised my family Xmas Eve morning with The Charles Dickens Carolers! They were fantastic…they came in traditional caroling attire and sounded angelic! Brought my 81 year old mom to tears and my 2 year old grandson was mesmerized! I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re in in need of some magical holiday spirit!
The carolers were very professional and most of all entertaining. All of my guests were surprised, amazed and couldn't stop talking about the carolers. It was the highlight of the evening. Their voices were beautifully matched. They responded to all our requests and had suggestions of their own. I can't imagine all the postive adjectives to describe their addition to our party. Gig Salad messed up our arrangements. They have a very bad cancellation policy, especially when the event is to be canceled by order of the State, not me!!! I was unable to use the money toward future events. They have a deposit fee but insisted on collecting 100% at the time of my booking. When I had to cancel by order of the State, I could not use the balance (the deposit portion, I realize must be forfeited), but 100%???? That’s not right!!!!
My guests loved them and they made our Christmas party such a success! They were polite and interactive. They knew every song we requested! I will definitely use them again!

Thank you to this talented group! We hired The Charles Dickens Carolers to "drop-in" and surprise about 10 different Zoom groups as part of a company Q1 planning session. They were given a time schedule with unique links and they kept on schedule and entered each Zoom meeting on time. They sounded amazing, even while they wore masks! They are wonderful, talented singers! Thank you for bringing so much joy to our team members!

For this event, the carolers were asked to sing traditional sacred carols selected by the client as part of an Orthodox church service. Given the circumstances, one would expect a more understated performance.
Every performance situation has a different dynamic and each client has unique expectations. Sharing those expectations with us prior to the event helps the performers set the right tone for the presentation. A direction such as, "I know you're singing 'O Come, All Ye Faithful' in a church service, but make sure it's more upbeat" would have been really helpful in this instance.
Nonetheless, we're always sorry if a client is disappointed in any way and as always, we welcome the opportunity to make things right in any way possible.
The group showed up early and were ready before the event start time. They tried to interact with the crowd and offered to take requests. Very friendly and brought much holiday cheer to our event. Gorgeous voices and great outfits! Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

Professional feat voices friendly great costumes
SECOND COMMENT - we enjoyed the carolers although last year was a little stronger with the voices/sound.
This group has some great songs in their repertoire! We ran out of time asking for more and more of our favorites, next time we will have them for a full hour!

Imagine the joy on your guests' faces when a quartet of dazzlingly costumed Dickens-style carolers arrive at your event – singing traditional carols, popular holiday songs, novelty tunes and children's favorites – all in beautiful four-part harmony!
The carolers always arrive at your event fully-costumed; they don't require a place to change or any special equipment. For very large events, the carolers can also provide a sound system to amplify their voices for a reasonable additional fee.
You may expect the carolers to arrive and park at the venue 30 minutes prior and to enter the venue 15 minutes prior to the designated start time for their performance. For events of two hours or longer, the carolers require a 15-minute break per hour, usually taken at or around the end of each hour.
Clients often inquire as to whether it's appropriate to tip the carolers for their performance. Tips are not required but are always welcome; these are usually given to the carolers in cash at the conclusion of the performance. These can range widely, but average $10-25 per caroler.
