Coal Train Robbery shows are high energy and fun. We like to interact with the crowd and get them moving! All of our songs are clean and family friendly.
The Coal Train staryed as a song writing collaboration between Nick Liston and Peter Burrell in early 2014. The writing progressed to the point where a drummer was needed. Casey Liston, fresh out of basic training for the Ohio National Guard, moved from his former role as lead guitarist in the band "Interchange Worship" to behind the kit. As the songs began to come together, a first show was booked and the need for a lead guitarist was realized. Coy Comer joined the band about 2 weeks before the first show and quickly added his own style to the band. CTR has recored two songs, "May The Weak" and "Red Lights (E String Blues)". They can be found on the band's ReverbNation as well as on Facebook.
