An amazingly fun and clean 45 - 90 Minute (your choice) comedy and magic performance designed to fit into your chosen venue backed with exciting music and audience interaction. These are the same shows i present in Casinos around the country and aboard cruise ships around the world!

SOUND SYSTEM INCLUDED!
If appropriate, I will provide a sound system suitable for groups of up to 150 people (extra mic included for speeches or presentations – no need to rent a sound system unless you expect a larger audience)

APPROPRIATE DINNER MUSIC!
If desired, I will include carefully designed dinner and pre-show music crafted to allow people to talk during dinner while it builds in drama and excitement as show time approaches (no need to suffer through “piped-in” house music all night!)

OPTIONAL ONE-HOUR OF "CLOSE-UP MAGIC"!
And — for a small additional fee — I will add up to one hour of “Close-Up Magic” to your cocktail hour to make the evening extra special! What's "Close-up Magic? -- Close up magic is intimate sleight of hand and “micro-magic” performed for small groups of people at a time during the cocktail hour where the magic happens right in people’s hands! (Don't underestimate the power of this interactive entertainment -- It is intimate magic designed to get people talking, laughing and interacting even before your dinner begins — and by the time the main show starts, your members are already cheering!)

My name is Harry Maurer (pronounced like "power") and I present comedy magic entertainment regularly in casino showrooms around the country and aboard cruise ships around the world and I bring that same high quality show and that same professional experience to your event!

My shows are designed to fit into nearly ANY environment -- from a house party, to a restaurant, to a ballroom, to a stage -- Comedy Magic works everywhere!

In fact, it would be hard to find any other form of entertainment that is as flexible, visual or memorable!

My shows contain "clean" comedy and amazing magical entertainment designed for adult and family audiences. (They are NOT designed for "children's birthday parties" -- Gig Salad has many children's entertainers that would be more appropriate for younger audiences).

* Watch as I borrow wedding rings from your group and link
them together before their very eyes!

* See a hysterical parody of a T.V. game show called
“You Bet your Life” where a spectator nearly loses his head!

* Share in the amazement as a lady from the audience performs magic

from his own body and appears on Harry’s lovely assistant -- in mere seconds!

Although I do have an illusion show for larger audiences, the three most popular performance styles for corporate and private events are below. Each presentation is filled with comedy and interactive magic that will amaze you!

(Note: If you choose the Stand-up show, you will also have the option of adding one-hour of Close-up Magic at the cocktail hour or earlier in the evening as a "preshow" treat and teaser for the upcoming performance at a very special package price! -- Just ask!)

(1.) "STAND-UP" SHOW
“Even more Fun than a Comedy Club!”

Comedy Magic with Audience participation similar to our stage show but without an assistant or large illusions.

The show is performed "solo" and includes exciting and energetic comedy routines featuring Harry Maurer presenting his award winning Magic filled with action, fun, music and audience participation!

This show is ideal for a large audience, but suitable for smaller groups as well and can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 1 hour in length depending upon your needs.

(2.) "PARLOR" SHOW
“The most Unexpected Entertainment!”

An intimate performance combining both Close-up magic (intimate magic that happens in people's hands) and a stand-up show for audiences of less than 50 people.

Imagine objects vanishing and reappearing only inches away from you!

Borrowed dollar bills are torn and restored and then magically and visibly transformed into $100 bills! Objects appear in people's hands and in their pockets!

This show is presented "solo" without any musical background, and unlike many forms of entertainment, this show is flexible enough to be presented in a living room, meeting room, restaurant or even a trade show booth where other forms of entertainment typically will not fit!

(3.) "CLOSE-UP" MAGIC
"Unbelievably Intimate Magic!"

Harry's “Close-up Magic" is a very special kind of entertainment.

It is "sleight-of-hand" and "micro-magic” designed to be performed during the cocktail hour and at the table sides throughout the evening and is one of the most amazing and unbelievable forms of entertainment you can experience because much of the magic happens right in the audience’s hands!

Before traveling internationally, Harry Maurer was the "House Magician" at exclusive restaurants in New York and New Jersey for many years, and has performed his "table-top trickery" in such prestigious New York night spots as Tavern on the Green, Top of the World and The 21 Club.

My fees are dependent upon the type of show I am presenting, the number of people I am entertaining and the distance I have to travel in order to present the show.
