Dr. Kim D. Harris, affectionately known as Dr. Kimme, is the Artistic Director of The Creative You. We promote mental and emotional well-being through the Y.A.S. Effect, combining yoga, art, and storytelling. This unique approach addresses burnout and encourages team building, helping individuals manage stress, process emotions, and connect with their inner selves with resiliency.
We strive to debunk stress, trauma, and disconnection by creating a safe and inclusive space for people of all ages and backgrounds to heal and thrive. This space is perfect for corporate wellness, professional development, museums, festivals, summer camps, after-school programs, and family reunions.
Dr. Kim did an AMAZING job turning my vision into a beautiful well organized Beach Yoga experience for the married couples on my trip.
