Overview
Kendra is the Founder of Fulfil-2B, LLC a coaching, consulting, learning, and development firm that provides individual and group services to the private, academic, corporate, and community sectors.
We focus on holistic development. All components of any entity should be assessed to establish a sustainable transformation. That is why we evaluate and consider all aspects of determining change. Everyone is accountable for the progression of an organization and success is not siloed to only one component. That is why we work and evaluate all factors of an individual’s success and an organization’s culture.
We are goal-oriented and action focused with our strategic approach.

The Junior League of Minneapolis (civic organization of women) hired Kendra to provide a training on How to Be Better Ally and Learn about Microagressions. We tried to cram too much into one session as Kendra's knowledge was so deep, instead of 1.5 hours, that content could have been a whole day of training! I have been studying this subject for a while but regularly I am reminded of one of her slides and processing through it.
