We have a professional equipment and attitude. We can play any type of venue Private Parties, Wedding Rehearsal Dinners or Cocktail Hours, Happy Hours, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, Festivals

The Dan Bishop Band surpassed all our expectations! We had a surprise party in our backyard. Prior to the event Dan was available to answer all questions and had open lines of communication. The band arrived early and sounded great throughout the entire 3 hour slated time. I’m still receiving complaints from our guests and will definitely use The Dan Bishop Band for future events!

The Dan Bishop Band is equally at home performing on Concert stages, rowdy Irish bars or trendy Hampton's Restaurants. Formed by Dan Hurney (Bishop) in 2010 it has been a staple in the local area since then.
The band line up includes;
Dan Hurney, (The Bishop) Guitar/vocals the founder of the Dan Bishop Band has been a successful solo performer based on Eastern, L.I. for many years. His vocal style been compared to such artists as James Taylor & Gordon Lightfoot, while adding his own proud Irish heritage to each performance.
Plus, various Musicians sit in with Dan from time to time for an interesting take on any song.
The Dan Bishop Band performs throughout the East Coast at Festivals, Events, Restaurants and Private Functions. Combing their voices in spectacular versions of Acoustic/Electric based classics originated by such acts as America, the Eagles, Pure Prairie League, CCR, James Taylor, Jim Croce, John Denver, Johnny Cash, Gordon Lightfoot, Beatles and many more.
