The Drill Sergeant of Life

I leave everything on the stage when I present. Just as when I served on Active Duty as a US Army Drill Sergeant, I give my all so your attendees and guests will get what they came for.
I usually begin with push ups when audience energy is not what I expect at the beginning of my presentation. By the time I complete my 5 to 10 push ups, energy is high in the atmosphere. I am now ready to move forward and give audiences what they came for: Change; Motivation; Discipline; Direction.
All throughout my presentation, I cause attendees to see what they were missing in themselves or their situation and circumstance. I supply them with the tools and solutions they will need to continue on the path I will lay out for them. When they return to their Duty Stations, they will be well equipped to continue on being the Commanders they have been commissioned to be in the Army of Life. They are now ready for the Battle Field and will take no prisoners!
I leave no Soldiers behind, regardless of the branch. At the end of my presentation, I will mingle with your guests, giving complimentary counsel as needed and getting to know each other as we go. I am here to make your event the most productive as possible.
My requirements are minimal: a stage, a podium, and a microphone; maybe a bottle of water. And, of course, attendees who are ready to receive. (I know: you can't do much about that!) I will bring my books and will have other offerings for your attendees to have access to. All-in-all, I am there to serve and fulfill your mission.

Beatrice is an Army veteran and former (but always and forever) Drill Sergeant. An ordained gospel minister and Grief and Writing Coach, Beatrice finds satisfaction in helping folks travel the path of grief and maneuver into the fresh seasons God has for them.
In the current season, Beatrice has crossed over into an area few, if any, look forward to – Widowhood. Married for 27+ years to SFC John P. Bruno (US Army Retired) who passed away August 2018, Beatrice has raised four children - his, hers, and theirs - to adulthood. Beatrice is now looking for her new normal…if there is such a thing…after losing her beloved husband. Discovering what grief is all about and what it entails, Beatrice lets her audiences know, “you don’t have to traverse the path by yourself.”
The founder and leader of POWWOW (Prophetic, On-Watch Warriors of Worship/War) Prayer Line and Conferences, Beatrice conducts Christian Women’s and Life Conferences around the world. Beatrice also mentors youths and adults.
In this new season, God has used Beatrice in an RV Ministry: The Drill Sergeant of Life Sermon-ator Mobile. Leaving her and John’s home of over 17 years behind in Aurora, Colorado, Beatrice has traveled the country to where she has been led, ministering in the style she has been given for such a time as this. After this major shift in her life orchestrated by her Creator, Beatrice has resided in Trinity, TX as an RV Volunteer at the Trinity Pines Christian Conference Center; Brush Prairie, Washington at the home of one of her beloved Soldier-Sons; and also spent a season in Hampton, Virginia where she met new faces and received a new purpose. Many changes are in front of Beatrice. Some of the changes are very disconcerting. But, Beatrice knows her relationship with the Lord will carry her through to God’s destination for her.
