Overview
The Flexible Four Barbershop Quartet is one of Florida's premier quartets made up of singers that have performed many times on the international stage and provides a full range of 4-part harmony entertainment.
The quartet has been entertaining for 18 yrs with music styles including barbershop standards, love songs, patriotic songs, Americana and others with lots of good clean humor. They sing for groups ranging from 2 to 2000 and from 15 minutes to 5 hours and are the featured entertainment each year at the Henry Plant Museum Christmas Stroll in Tampa and the RV Super Show.

Thank you so much for such a memorable experience. You were booked for our Father’s 90th birthday as a surprise for him but it became a double surprise as our Mother who has Alzheimer’s just absolutely enjoyed every moment. Watching our Dad watch our Mom as she sang along with you touched us all so greatly. Your choice of songs and voice made our time together all the more special. Thank you all so very much!

The quartet was very good, once they got there. They were scheduled to arrive at 5:45 for warm-up, but didn't arrive and get settled until after 6:15 due to traffic, leaving me extremely stressed. Once they got onstage, they were very good, and the audience loved them!

You are correct about arriving later than we had planned for warm up. Driving 1 1/5 hours from Tampa to Sarasota during drive time can bring some unexpected surprises. We warmed up our voices along the way and arrived in time to go on as scheduled. The audience was great and we enjoyed performing for the Sarasota volunteers very much. I hope we will be able to do so again. If you do a holiday dinner for the group we would love to do a show then. We put on a great holiday show with many great holiday songs and some newer songs that people love.

I would give a zero rating if I could. I find it highly, highly unprofessional of this group to cancel two weeks prior to an event before the holidays.
I also had to incur a cancellation fee. Beyond upset!!

I called Tammy this morning as soon as I found out that I had a conflict in dates. My grandson's Bar Mitzvah is on Saturday Dec. 15 in New York. My wife and I originally planned to come back on Sunday morning of the 16th but not knowing of this performance she changed it to coming back on Monday, Dec. 17 and I wasn't made aware of the change until this morning.
I certainly don't blame Tammy for being upset. I would be too. I wish I could do something about it. I am trying to help Tammy find another group that can do this kind of event. I have received two calls from other brokers about the gig so i am aware that she is trying as well.
This is the first time anything like this has ever happened and I feel awful about it. Our performing is supposed to be fun and make people happy and I hate disappointing people.

About
The Flexible Four has been performing for 15 years and consist of veteran barbershoppers and performers. We have a repertoire of over 60 songs and we customize each performance based on the clients needs and wishes. We have entertained at events ranging from 5 minutes to 5 hours and everywhere in between. We have a variety of costumes that fit every occasion including a traditional boater hat old time barbershop look (the most popular), formal tuxes, patriotic, ice cream social attire and others.
We can put on a stage show for a seated audience or stroll at a gathering, entertaining small groups as we go.
