The Gingers - Redheads that Rock!

An audience with The Gingers will be entertained by five redheaded female rockers putting on a fun, lively, energetic rock show! The band genuinely has a lot of fun performing - which is absolutely contagious to an audience of any age. Some may be skeptical to see women performing songs that were originated by male bands from the 70's, 80's and beyond - but not to worry! When it's showtime folks instantly transform into believers saying "These chicks rock!"

"These chicks rock!” is the reaction you hear when The Gingers hit the stage! Their high-energy
arsenal is filled with the greatest rock covers sprinkled with playful surprises. Their rough edge
tackles traditionally testosterone-fueled tunes and is nicely bookended with plenty of layer-cake
harmonies and melodic favorites that audiences know and love.

Each of the women of The Gingers have a road-tested performance history around the Chicago festival and club music scene. Their genuine love for fun is contagious! “The Gingers Rock!”

STAGE
The Gingers require a solid, safe and covered stage with at least 24' x 16' of deck space. Adequate performance space is required with a minimum of 10' x 10' space for the drums set-up, at least 6' feet space in front of the drum set-up, and at least 24’ across the stage.

SOUND - Mains, console, mics
A professional sound system is required with no proprietary or mismatched enclosures with a 24 channel FOH console, and a selection of high quality microphones.

SOUND - Monitors
The monitor system should have four discrete mixes – including three mixes in four wedges across the front of stage, and a fourth mix to be designated solely for the drummer. The drummer must have a drum sub. Running the monitor mix from FOH if needed is OK.

SOUND – Engineer, crew
A competent Audio Engineer and crew who are experienced and proficient working with the purchaser provided sound system is required. The Gingers do not always travel with an engineer, and may not bring one to work in conjunction with the Engineer supplied by the purchaser.

LIGHTS
Lights should have a minimum of 24K par 64 - 1000-watt conventional par fixtures, and moving lights, if available. Daytime performance also requires enough lighting to illuminate the band, especially if the stage is dark due to clouds, shade, or is overly back-lit by the sun.

HOSPITALITY
The Gingers require backstage access to a dressing room, tent or trailer and a portable restroom prior to and after the performance. Dressing room should include adequate lighting for makeup with a mirror (full length if possible), and temperature controlled for hot or cold conditions.

Beverages to include at least bottled water prior to and during the performance are required. Beer and or other beverages and snacks would be appreciated in addition if acceptable to policy.
