The Grand Gimmick is a young Oklahoma City, OK based rock band that plays originals as well as covers. Covers include Aerosmith, Fleetwood Mac, Blondie, Daft Punk, The Ramones, KISS, and more classic rock. Originals range from an alternative rock sound to a heavier rock sound similarly comparable to grunge. They do not mind traveling and enjoy new opportunities. Always energetic and upbeat (unless the song is an 80s ballad!). The Grand Gimmick is based off of a 1920s Gatsby type idea and the members wear black shoes, pants, a white shirt, yellow ties and dark vests. Members have played together for 4 years now and have played to crowds of up to 500.
