I try to make it as easy as possible to have me at your special event.

If you are booking me as a human statue and you're within driving distance, I can even get ready at home and come fully prepared! Otherwise I place to change and a mirror is all I need. I've even customized costumes for special occasions.

If you are booking me as an actor or as a character, I can also customize costumes that are perfect for historic events, themed parties and more!

I have over ten years experience as a professional actor and entertainer. I've been working as "The Granite Goddess" human statue for about four years, starting in downtown Asheville and now having entertained as a human statue for a variety of festivals and special events. Some of my favorites include The Artisphere Festival, Danville River Arts Festival, The North Carolina Apple Festival, OpenDoors of Asheville, The Island at Pigeon Forge, The Spring Fling of Spartanburg and Flat Rock Playhouse.

Depending on the occasion, I can be a great conversation piece, adding ambiance or artistic quality of an the event, or I can actively entertain families and festival-goers. If the event is family oriented and a celebratory atmosphere, I like to use props, humor (and sometimes even candy) to bring joy to the crowd and I love to interact with the crowd, especially young people!

Because every event I do is different, and because I travel for many of the events, my rates vary based on factors such as the length of the event, travel, possible hotel stays and whether the event welcomes tipping or not.

In addition to working as a human statue, I have also worked as a character-actor for special events and parties. I can customize costumes from different time periods and can bring humor or surprise to special occasions.

I'm also a trained actor and improvisor who has been in a large variety of plays from King Lear to Noises Off. I am also a film actor who has performed in four short films, and an industrial commercial. I train regularly at the Actor's Center of Asheville. When I'm not performing, I teach acting classes for teens and preteens and teach painting classes for adults and families.
